Convenient for the station

Nice quiet room and a great breakfast included in the price (would not have wanted to pay for it separately as it would have been v expensive)

Immaculate hotel close to city centre

Only problem was parking - selfish people using two spaces - not a problem at weekends but it needs to be addressed. Take guests number plates etc other than that the stay was great

Nice central hotel

Lovely clean hotel although whatever cleaning products they use gave us all bad sinuses. Also should tell you that bottle waters are complimentary.

The facilities are nice, but the staff is a bit experienced. Further, the desk staff is also the concierge which can delay check in/check out.

Good central location to city. Very clean hotel.

Efficient checking in. Fair parking for city prices, however would expect more of a reduction considering we were guests! Otherwise good stay was had by all, bar snack food good value. Would recommend.

Close to station

Pros: Location. The waiter in the bar/restaurant was very pleasant and helpful and got the orders correct every time.
Cons: Lift's, reception pettiness, parking charges.
Location: About a mile from the Docks area which is the hub of Bristol tourism.
Purpose built hotel that at least has it's own parking garage which they charge a tenner a day for. Rooms are medium size although they do ask if you want to upgrade to "exec" for even more money. Front desk staff wouldn't check us in when we declined the upgrade earlier than 1.30 although rooms were available which seemed a bit petty. The lifts were yet again the talking ones which are programmed that assume you are too stupid to know the doors are closing/opening/which floor etc.

Hotel reasonably positioned

Stayed here 2 nights while visiting friends, near the M32 and close to city centre. Underground parking was very good and not overcrowded. Elevator was a little bizarre always stopping at ground floor when I never pressed for that while heading to floor one. I paid for dinner the 2nd night, the Thai curry was very tasty and the waitress friendly. Concierge girl & morning man very helpful, courteous and friendly. Overall a very good service.

Nice hotel close to station

Pros: Most things
Cons: Have twin bedded room while sofa bed is big and fairly comfortable, it would be nice to have a proper bed
Location: Near the station walks by river not too far from town centre which can be accessed by ferry
Nice clean hotel, not too noisy Staff friendly and welcoming. Excellent breakfast

£10 to park, extra £3 for a cooked breakfast, bar was very expensive and tried to charge me twice when leaving, oh well once bitten twice as shy, never going back
