“Brisbane treat”

I found this to be an excellent hotel with friendly, obliging staff and comfortable accommodation. I have two suggestions for improvement: A flat screen T.V and with my one bedroom apartment the shower was over the bath and was a bit of a climb. I am 76 and still agile but there could be difficulty for some people.

Walk over the nearest bridge to the Southbank and along to Victoria Bridge and into city centre

“Thoroughly recommended”

My wife and I along with our adult son spent two nights in a single bedroom riverview apartment at the Park Regis North Quay and we have no complaints whatsoever.

“Great location - awesome views over river”

Was a good choice for what we needed - just an overnight before heading to the airport for an early flight. We had a suite on the top floor and was blown away by the views over the river. The room was very spacious and suited our needs. The swimming pool was great to cool off even though it did seem a little out of the way. Our only gripe with the hotel was that the restaurant was not open in the weekends. The staff were helpful in directing us to an area a couple of blocks away that had a good range of eating places.

Area recommendations

Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary. Was great to get up close to some Australian wildlife. Even if you visited Australia Zoo (like we had) it is worth a visit.

“One of the best hotels I stayed at in Australia!”

The Park Regis was great! The staff was very helpful, providing directions and suggestions of thigs to do while in Brisbane.

“Great simple hotel close to CBD”

This hotel was clean, friendly and we had no problem. It is in need of a little updating in the public areas, but rooms were clean, comfortable and good. Only real issue was the noise from outside, not bad but would have done from double glassing. Also the suite we were in was on the top floor so we got some noise from the lifts. Would recommend this hotel

“REGIS PARK BRISBANE”

Dans l'ensemble c'est OK mais la réception s'est pris les pieds ans le tapis en nous facturant pour le matin du 12 un petit déjeuner; comme nous avons quitté l'hôtel très tôt à 06H00 du matin avant l'ouverture du resto, pour prendre l'avion (par taxi réservé par la réception) et qu'au moment du départ ils m'ont déclaré qu'il n'y avait rien à payer en plus, ils m'ont ensuite envoyé un email avec facture séparée. Il sont tiré sur ma carte (donnée en garantie) sans demander mon accord au préalable; j'ai envoyé déjà 2 emails leur demander de corriger, restés jusqu'à présent sans réponse. A part ce manque d'organisation au niveau de la comptabilité de l'hôtel, l'établissement est très bien.
