The lifts.... this was chaos.... 60 floors and only 3 working. This must be frustrating for permanent residents. 15 minutes to get a lift from carpark to floor due to everything else being full.

Just wonderful. The property is perfectly situated a short walk to restaurants, shopping & public transport but far enough away not be right in the hustle & bustle. The view from our balcony was just stunning. The staff are friendly & so helpful. We’ll definitely be back soon.

Close to Queen street mall, quiet room. Air con did not work appropriately. Parking is a little difficult in the complex. On arrival to room beds not made. Thankfully reception moved us to another room.
