i had an amazing stay at the hotel, room was plain but very clean and neat, had everything i needed! staff was very freindly and helpful!!

I always wanted to experence a stay at the Grand and when the opportunity came in I took it and took the kids too they loved it the room was great slightly warm the restaurant and the bar very friendly staff overall great experience will come back soon

Great brekkie. Lots of choices of fresh healthy food. Cater for gluten and dairy free. Very kindly let me check in on arrival just before midday as the room was ready. Had made a gorgeous cake for people to help themselves. Lots of thoughtful touches. Nothing a problem. Great customer service and attitude.
we stayed in one of the suites on 3rd floor, great room`s, great sea view, can not fault anything,staff very friendly & helpfull, good value for money. buffet breakfast was really good, chef who made the omelettes,fried, poached eggs etc was friendly made you feel at ease & was cracking jokes as well as the eggs. will defo be staying here again.
We loved this hotel. Really friendly staff, great bar, all the rooms have a different vibe (we stayed in 'N' but were able to look around 4) , the huge bathtub was a treat, breakfast perfectly cooked - not sure we would change a thing.
Going to book the room 'D' next time :-)

We left our car at home for this holiday as Brighton is horrendous for parking. We went by train it was such a nice change . When we got there we stepped out of the station and found the hotel the hotel straight away we could see its signing from the station 100yards down the road ( first plus point no need for a taxi ) The hotel staff were very friendly and efficient on check-in (we asked for a room on a high floor and were given one on the 10th floor with no problem) .The hotel was very secure you had to swipe your room key to access the guest areas eg. lift or doors to other areas. The bar was small but very nice and modern . It was also very reason ably priced. Busses ran from outside the station at 5-10minute intervals to the Lanes and Churchill Square shopping area. We used our pensioners national bus passes to get about (you can get daily and weekly tickets ) . The service is very good and the busses run to time and the staff are the politest and most helpful I have ever met. on Our last night we went by bus to the Marina and had dinner at the Indian Restaurant. Altogether a very enjoyable holiday.
