I think when we were there they were understaffed. However, Marianne was terrific. She was at once, the receptionist, the baggage handler, and on Monday the bartender. Super, super, super person.

It was all that it claimed to be. We were made to feel very welcome - the restaurant was fully booked but we had an excellent bar meal. The location was ideal for the ferry port. Thank you.

As a key ferry terminal hotel on the sailings day a breakfast time to suport travellers woukd be good. Or if not that a reduced breakfast delivered to your door

Charming hotel with great restaurant
We had a great stay in Roscoff. This is probably the best option in the area. Hotel is a few min walking distance from the village center. Staff was very friendly and professional. Rooms were nicer than expected. Pool was kept warm. Restaurant was excellent, menu was creative, local and well balanced.

Beautiful building in a wonderful location. Room was very good and staff friendly and efficient. Thought it was a bit much to charge 12e a day for on-site parking. Disturbed by party in a nearby bedroom. Food was excellent but very expensive even for a Michelin *restaurant

We stayed here for 1 night at the end of our holiday and were so glad we did. It was the best hotel we experienced in France. The room (we had a junior suite) was modern and well appointed with a lovely sea view. The restaurant was fantastic with even better views. Not only was the food delicious (I think we were slightly over ambitious when choosing a tasting menu and struggled to eat it all) but the service was outstanding with the right balance of professionalism and friendliness. This was also true of the staff on reception. I would be happy to stay here again and recommend to others.

Very enjoyable for a short stay as a special treat
Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very efficient and helpful. The restaurant was amazing. Lovely situation overlooking the sea although our room did not have a view. Easy walking distance from the main town. Secure parking available at the hotel at a cost of 12 euros per night. The rooms are expensive and the restaurant too but as a special treat is was a lovely stay. I would recommend booking the restaurant in advance if you wish to eat there as it was very popular. Very helpful and attentive service in the restaurant and me requiring gluten free food was not a problem. I would not want to have eaten in every night if I was staying for a few days even though the food was fantastic. Breakfast was 24 euros per person but with a lovely selection and attentive service.

Hotel Brittany
The staff are extremely polite and helpful. The restaurant is very good. Note that the hotel is about 15 minutes by foot from the center of Roscoff (though that means that it is quieter).

Style but no substance
This hotel was recommended by the Sunday times travel supplement. They are usually good. Not this time. The hotel smelled vaguely like fish on entry. The room was priced at a high rate as there is a Michelin starred restaurant there at which I had booked a table for dinner. The hotel was refurbished recently apparently. There was NO AIR CONDITIONING!! My husband and I were flabbergasted. The room was like a sauna, I left the door open and was bitten during the night! If the restaurant has a Michelin star, I don't know where it came from. We waited in the doorway 5 minutes before the hotel receptionsist showed us to a table. The starter was fine but the suckling pig was fatty and bland. The choice of desert was scant to say the least. The wine was obviously overpriced as it generally is in high end restaurants. The worst value for money I've had in many a year. Had I booked 2 nights I would not have stayed. Overall an utter disappointment.

Beautiful hotel, professional and friendly staff.
What a fantastic place to stay to explore Roscoff and the surrounding area. Myself and my family stayed in the suite at this hotel. Extremely comfortable, well thought out, a home from home! The food in the restaurant is superb. Fantastic local produce, beautifully presented, fantastic flavours!! The staff are very professional and attentive. I can't recommend this beautiful treasure of a hotel enough.

Good location. Beautiful setting.
The hotel was in a beautiful setting. It did not seem to be of the Relais and Chateau standard. Breakfast was only okay. Our room was nice with a view of the water.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location
I was very happily blown away by this hotel. My business involves a lot of travel and this has been one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The rooms were well laid out with fantastic views, a clean and functional bathroom (although the toilet was in a separate room from the Bidet which seemed odd!) The staff were extremely helpful and the food was delicious. Location wise, it is fantastic! Right outside the hotel is a beautiful beach looking out over the town of Roscoff and the island of Il de Batz. I'd strongly suggest staying at this hotel

This was a beautiful hotel in a great location for the Ferry. Staff were very helpful room was lovely. The only down side was the wifi was hard to connect to, took a few hours, but once connected it worked well.

BOOKED BED AND BREAKFAST,WHEN WE CHECKED OUT WE HAD A BILL FOR 336 EUROS FOR 7 DAYS BREAKFAST. BUT WAS NOT TOLD BREAKFAST WAS EXTRA.SHOULD HAVE HAD A FRIDGE/MINI BAR ACCORDING TO OUR BOOKING WHICH IS ONLY AVAILABLE IN A SUIT WE HAD NOTHING VERY DISAPPOINTED WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. Perfect stopover while visiting Brittany
While visiting Brittany, we stop for one night in the very nice village of Roscoff. This quiet hotel is 10 minutes walk from the village following a seaside path. The restaurant is expensive but incredible.

Hotel staff friendly and very helpful. Great location looking out on the ocean. Pool was fantastic, but highly recommend the hotel restaurant for dinner. It has a fireplace with real wood fire and great view of ocean. The food was outstanding and service excellent as well. Outstanding!

Roscoff's best?
We stayed for two nights at Le Brittany, Roscoff on 30 September and 15 October. It's in a lovely seafront location within walking distance of the town centre and very convenient for the ferry port. Our room on the first night was disappointingly cramped and overpriced and had almost no view whatsoever; that on the second was still rather small but considerably better, although the bathroom make-up mirror was unusable and needs to be replaced. The windows in the bar were desperately in need of a thorough clean! Reception service was sometimes rather cold and distant; bar service had to be asked for! Restaurant service was for the most part much better; the food, though pricy, was excellent, especially on the second occasion. The wine list is splendid and priced broadly in line with expectations of a Michelin-starred Relais & Chateaux establishment. The Yachtman restaurant has a delightful view and ambience, although the waiter who received our compliment to this effect seemed rather supercilious about it and betrayed a not dissimilarly disinterested attitude when receiving our compliments about the food. A few improvements in the detail are therefore needed in order to bring this otherwise splendid hotel up to scratch. Roscoff is a delightful town with many restaurants, although we certainly doubt that one could eat as well in any of them as one can at Le Brittany. We'll certainly return - and hopefully to report that those improvements have been made!

2 night stay, thoroughly enjoyed for location, quality of facilities and food when taken. Upon given a standard room ,as booked, noticed loud footsteps through ceiling and asked for change. Offered "only available room" at an upgrade to sea view for 150 euros per night! we declined and after a short sharp exchange we were ungraciously moved to a chalet style standard room which had magically become available. Following our frank exchange of views the assistant manager who we were dealing with became most helpful and friendly for the remainder of our visit. Extras expensive although quality of hotel and exchange rate no doubt contribute to this.

Découverte de Roscoff et de l’île de Batz
Séjour découverte de Roscoff et de l’île de Batz. Roscoff est une très jolie ville où la restauration et la ferniente sont rois. L’île de Batz n’offre pas un visage uniforme. Seule la partie habitée face au continent mérite une balade. Le reste de l’île est inégal et peut attrayant. Les voitures et motos gâchent le côté insulaire… L’hôtel Brittany quant à lui n’est pas à la hauteur de la prestation qu’il affiche « Relais et Châteaux ». La recommandation guide du routard 2021 à l’entrée est aussi désinvolte que les 4 étoiles espérées! Nous avions réservé une chambre de catégorie supérieure. Cette chambre donnait sur une microscopique cour intérieure, la fenêtre ne diffusait qu’un éclairage limité, un poteau au milieu de la chambre réduisait de façon considérable l’espace à tel point qu’il était impossible d’ouvrir une valise sans devoir tout enjamber. Les draps ne camouflaient pas l’alaise en plastique. La salle de bain très petite n’affichait clairement pas le standing d’un relais et châteaux. L’eau chaude ne fonctionnait plus ce qui ne permettait pas de prendre une douche sereinement ! Le restaurant mérite son étoile au Michelin. Le chef excelle réellement, le service y est remarquable et la vue sur la baie . L’hôtel est réellement très décevant.

Très bonne adresse Sur Roskoff
Très bel emplacement pour cet hôtel face à la mer et proche de la cité. La salle de restaurant donne une vue sur la mer très agréable au petit déjeuner, lequel est gargantuesque. Personnel accueillant. Excellentes suggestions pour les restaurants dans le bourg.
