Very nice hotel, great facilities, very helpful and accommodating staff. The location is a bit grubby but the best parts of 'old Brescia' are just a ten minute walk away. Be careful with the underground car park if your car is low!

Don't be fooled by the neighborhood before you get inside. We arrived at 3:00 am to a very friendly staff member. The room was very nice and quiet. We weren't bothered by any noise and were left alone to sleep just in time to eat a breakfast for a king at a very reasonable 5 euros.

This hotel is superb. Great staff, excellent interior, helpful staff, clean spacious room, excellent buffet breakfast, fantastic value. Only little niggle was that I found the shower cubicle a little small. If you are over 7 feet tall and extremely fat, you may want to go on a diet before checking in.
My husband and I have just returned from 4 nights in Una Hotel, Breschia, Italy. We were in Breschia for the "Mille Miglia" annual classic car race from Breschia to Rome and back. The Una Hotel was a huge disappointment and we complained to the staff at hotel reception. Although the hotel had been recently rennovated, the carpet in our room was heavily stained and made the whole room look dirty. There were a lack of pillows on the bed. The cooked breakfast was pre-cooked and scrambled egg like rubber. We have travelled to Italy many times and look forward to freshly filtered coffee, but at the Una hotel coffee was from a machine, so all types tasted the same! The surroundings were like a building site and had been like it for 2 years! We believe the Una hotel does not deserve its 4* rating and barely achieves a 3* rating! We will never return and certainly will never recommend it to family or friends.
You approach Villa Fenaroli through massive stone gates at the beginning of a hedged drive. It is a magnificent building with wide marble corridors and gracious rooms with period style furniture. We were mistakenly given a lesser room than the one we booked but the mistake was corrected by very apologetic staff the next day and we were moved into our junior suite which was very large and comfortable with a lounge and arm chairs. The marble bathrooms included a separate shower and bath and nice toiletries. The only drawback for the hotel is that it is a five minute drive into the town of Brescia and you absolutely need a car,
but there is ample free parking. A highlight for us was the really excellent restaurant in a beautiful room served by knowledgeable staff, especially the wine waiter who recommended excellent wines which were not expensive. The food was superb and remarkably well priced. We received complementary wine with dinner the second night to make up for the mistake with our room. We had a luxurious experience and recommend the hotel highly.,

Visited my elderly parents in Brescia and stayed here (one block from their home). Spent only one night, but was very satisfied with the good value for money, excellent customer service, and pleasant, well-maintained facilities. The rooms are tastefully renovated, the common areas are quite classy, there is easy parking and the breakfast (continental) was satisfactory. The location, on the northern outskirts of the city center, a couple of blocks North of the Cidneo hill, is perfect - not too central, so parking is not an issue, but not in the sticks either. It is quite feasible to walk to Piazza del Duomo in 15 - 20 minutes. Beautiful brand new ice-cream palace just across the street.
