Nice hotel
Nice hotel with friendly staff. Food was beautiful in the hotel Restuarant. Bar snacks keep on coming with the fresh drinks. Stayed for 8 nights.

Disappointing , No AC [when I was there].
Whilst conveniently located, and easy to get to the Lumezzane area, the place is looking tired. Rooms need a full refurb badly, it still seems the furniture from 1980's is there. What was disappointing was the lack of Air Conditioning, with temperature outside at upto 35 Degrees C. on Monday June 3. When I checked with the Reception, I was told that the local Municipality had forbidden the use of AC's . I checked with Novotel Hotel, and they confirmed that the AC was functioning. So I am doubtful of the reason given. Could not open windows, as it is on the main thoroughfare, so lot of Pollution. Parking is in the front, a bit tight, but if you get in early enough, it is OK. Breakfast is not bad, with the serving Ladies aiming to please.

Very so-so, glad I didn't stay longer
Although I've stayed there many nights, I had forgotten how small and uncomfortable the single rooms are; no good place to sit. The floor of the tiny shower was very slick, I almost fell. There was a tour group that overwhelmed the breakfast staff, so no coffee pr juice and very little left to eat . Profitable for the hotel, miserable for the guests.

We have stayed here several times. The hotel is old and some areas reflect this, the bathrooms in particular need an update. It is on the edge of the city. It has a swimming pool which is great on a hot day. Breakfast is good, the usual cold meats, cheeses, fruit juice and choice of breads. Also some fresh fruit and some cakes.

The park hotel is 5 mins from underground...so easy to get to as brescia underground is easy to use Right beside hotel is restaurant. ..but as I said easy access to town centre...hotel is clean..staff friendly and helpful with good english

Comfortable place to stay
The hotel was great although the restaurant was not open. Not to worry, the restaurant with the same name as the hotel across from the hotel, was excellent. I ate both lunch and dinner there.

Great for visiting the valley!
The hotel is well placed for visiting Beretta, it is situated approximately 5 minutes from downtown Brescia. The restaurant next door is very good, though nothing else close by!

We often stay in this hotel when in Brescia. The rooms are good, bathrooms could do with an upgrade though! Good choice at breakfast and really friendly staff.

Stayed whilst on business, pictures are super deceiving - literally directly behind the camera for the pool is a cement works - hotel is old but not tired - lots of marble and fold fixtures and fittings - best part of it is a great restaurant where we ate for 4 nights. Overall - it was ok - without the restaurant it would have been a big disappointment

The 4 stars are a bit of a stretch. The rooms are large enough but the doors are old and don't work properly. The plugs were not all working in the room and the wifi was on and off. Staff was friendly and nice. The restaurant had very good food but wifi there was limited to 30mins. Couldn't even buy more.

The hotel was nice and clean and quite comfortable. The rooms are a little dated but still ok. The hotel has a number of facilities and a great restaurant attached to it. All in all not a bad hotel for the money. Ideal for one night but would not really want to spend more time here as the room just was not nice enough for us.

The room was very small and stark, but clean. The lobby area appeared to be 5 star but the room was more like 3 star. There was very little in the immediate area-only one restaurant In the area. The garage was almost impossible to drive into because of the steep curving grade to the basement

Nice surprise
We didn't pay a lot for this room under £50 including 2 breakfasts, hotel was great a were the facilities! Adjoining restaurant was also really good. Would definitely come back, highly recommended.

This hotel is superb. Great staff, excellent interior, helpful staff, clean spacious room, excellent buffet breakfast, fantastic value. Only little niggle was that I found the shower cubicle a little small. If you are over 7 feet tall and extremely fat, you may want to go on a diet before checking in.

Hotel for everyone

the company booked the room ,we where staying in this hotel for 5 nights in a standard room with 2 beds , room was clean but small, the bathroom it self is ok, but the shower cabinet was so small , that I had to squeeze myself in the box , as the weather in Brescia was already pretty warm , the in room temperature was so high ( 27c ) , that we could not sleep very well , asking at the manager regarding the airco , the answer was there is non in the room. I stayed one extra night in a deluxe room , very nice room , large bed , very comfy , but also no airco , & the same very small shower cabinet . good restaurants directly on the hotel grounds with very good service . the hotel bar tender is a very pleasant person ,the drinks are good filled & litle snacks on the bar . the breakfast is very nice with all types of bread buns , sweets / several types of yogurt / meat / cheese / fresh fruit / cornflakes / milk / tea / coffee / etc. & good service from the personel in the breakfast room .

Good Value in Brescia
The breakfast was very good, the service was excellent and everyone was helpful. The only down side was the shower was small. Earlier reviews had negative comments but I couldn't find any. The price of the room was much better than others in the same class in Brescia.

Been staying here for years. Great staff. Minor note - no electrical outlet at the desk - make sure you have a long enough power cord to reach the single outlet in the room (typically 5-10 feet from the desk).

Impressed with facility not impressed with staff
The hotel and amenities were nice; however, the staff was not. They did not allow us a late check out even though no one checked into the hotel that day until 4:30. I know because I had to sit in the lobby all day waiting on my friend to do business. The staff (family that owned the hotel) sat and watched TV all day instead of waiting on me in the bar area. They never once asked me if I needed anything.
