This is a fabulous hotel in a superb location. You absolutely have to have a cocktail at the Mirror Bar in the hotel, it's not just a drink, it's a cocktail experience

Most staff were very nice. Unfortunately there was someone who ruined my experience. They kindly approved our late check out for a couple of hours that would have given my husband extra sleep to recuperate from his illness. Then they changed their mind and told us to check out within 30 minutes at normal time. 30 minutes is not enough heads up. disappointed.

Extremely loud wedding reception at property. Music blasting until 3 am. Shortly before 2 am went to main desk. Moved me to 4th floor. Didn’t matter, still could hear the pounding bass. Finally, about 3 am, peace. So, if you are looking for a beautiful hotel in an ideal location with a courteous, helpful staff, you should consider staying here. However, if you want to be able to actually sleep, you should bring lots of Ambien or stay somewhere else.

Perfect stay in Old Town Bratislava at the Carlton
Spent the weekend in at the Radisson Blu Carlton Hotel with a friend. The location was perfect and close to everything we needed. About a 5-7 minute walk from the Most SNP bus station. The service from ALL of the staff was incredible, and everyone was so friendly. Several of the front desk team went above and beyond. Karen looked up festival information for us, gave us a brochure for a local tour (that is located right next to the hotel…we did the Panorama city tour which was incredible), The breakfast was also extremely good and had a wide variety of offerings. Again, service was amazing! The floral arrangements throughout the hotel lobby and even in the WC were beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Extraordinary location for walking the old city, with philarmonic building right to it as well as the opera house. Right into the Danube and bridge. great staff very service oriented. very spacious room. Definitely my hotel of choice when returning to Bratislava. If arriving by train, contact the hotel for transportation as taxis are not reliable in pricing...great stay! lot of stores and variety of restaurants.
