“Not a bad deal”

In terms of hotel cleanliness and standards, this is about the best Bratislava has to offer. The location is a bit far from many of the touristy sites, we had rented a van so it wasn't an inconvenience but guests without transport can expect to take a taxi to most of the sites. Hotel restaurant and breakfast were both outstanding. I highly recommend having at least one meal at the hotel.

“Das Hotel Albrecht wird dem Titel "Small Luxury Hotel of the World" in jeder Hinsicht gerecht.”

Vom Check-In über die Zimmer (wir hatten die Grand Suite), den Charakter des Hauses, das Angebot an Wohlfühlbehandlungen, den SPA-Bereich bis hin zu Mittagskarte in der Bar und Menu-Karte im Restaurant empfanden wir den Aufenthalt als komplett gelungen und völlig entspannend. Unser 5-jähriger Sohn wurde beim Silvestermenue genauso zuvorkommend mit selbst gemachten Fischstäbchen bedient wie wir mit dem 9-Gänge-Menue, das in jeder Hinsicht perfekt war: Qualität, Duft, Dekoration und Einfallsreichtum der Speisen ließen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Ein Frühstück der Extraklasse mit frischem Obstsalat, Lachs und Rühreiern. PERFEKT!

Area recommendations
Die Burg und die Altstadt von Bratislava sind auf jeden Fall ansehenswürdig, wobei die Altstadt mit ihren schmucken Gebäuden sehr viel gepflegter ist als z.B. Budapest in Ungarn.
Dining
Keine Frage: Das Restaurant im Hotel Albrecht erfüllt alle Ansprüche an sehr gute Küche.
