“A bit far from the Old Town, but very good value for money.”
The hotel was very nice and clean. Our room for three was a good size and once we'd rearranged the furniture to make a more pleasant layout (to give each of us a bedside table!) it was fine. The staff advised us on a couple of things that were unreliable, e.g. the information regarding buses was inaccurate and we wasted an hour trying to fathom out the system. We were pleased to have the free cola and water in the mini bar and we also used it to keep milk for our tea. It wasn't possible to visit the salt cave, but I'm sure that would have been nice. The hotel was decorated for Christmas and that was lovely. It was a half hour walk into the Old Town untl we discovered that the hotel provided a shuttle service - if only they'd mentioned this at the start! I would use this hotel again as it was great value for money.
“OK hotel but no more”
Comfortable hotel, but not greatest service. The breakfast was poor - poor selection, had to wait ages for the omelette which was completely over-cooked. A bit away from the city centre, but walkable distance. Several decent restaurants nearby, with good food that was excellent value for money.
“Excellent value”
This hotel presents a great value, at least by the North American standards. It is conveniently located in a quiet neighbourhood, less than 1km from the historic center of Bratislava. The hotel itself, although not new, seems to be renovated fairly recently. The rooms are spacious and very clean with small but very nice bathrooms. The cherry on top: the entire content of the fridge is complimentary including excellent pilsner ! I would also recommend a very good restaurant with excellent food at very reasonable prices.
“Great hotel!”
This is a great hotel for a really good price. The free mini bar in the room was awesome and the hotel restaurant was excellent at very decent prices. The hotel reception even mailed me my phone charger with some free candy after I left it in the room! Overall we had an excellent stay and would reccommend to anyone travelling to Bratislava.
“Value for money”
The only downside is the distance to the old town (20 min walk) but we knew this in advnace. Checked in eraly @ 11am. Hotel room lovely and warm and clean. minbar was a little bonus (beer and soft drinks only but better than nothing). Breakfast was very good. 2 days in Bratislava is enough but do go to Vienna for the day, easy to do via public transport. Plenty of good restaurants in Bratislava and drinks are very cheap compared to back home. It was freezing cold but the snow made everything look beautiful.
“Apollo”
The hotel is situated near the Ruzinov business district, and about 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes cab from the town centre. There isn't much restaurant choice around the immediate area, but there are a couple of reasonable bars in the same block. This hotel is excellent value. Spotless & spacious room, nice service on the desk downstairs, good varied breakfast, minibar & internet all incl. I will use again and recommend to others.
“Very nice and clean hotel”
Very nice and clean hotel and the staff was very helpful. The only thing I can complain about the hotel is the breakfast, cold bacon and egg and poor varity of breed and fruit
“Comfortable Hotel”
Hotel is located in the vicinity of city centre. It is very close to the central bus station. İt was very easy for us to go to the bus station for the Vienna airport. The staff is very friendly and able to speak english. The rooms are clean. Minibar and tea-coffea service is free. Beds are very comfortable. Price is much more affordable when compared the other 4 star hotels. I recommend this hotel for the Bratislava visitors.
“Realy not bad for the money”
The hotel was realy realy clean. I've been to many hotels but this one was very clean and the employees were very helpful and nice. It's a pretty big hotel, but in the end of december I think there wasn't more than 10 guests. We decided to go to their finish sauna and salt cave. We were actually all alone in the whole wellness center, had the music that we wanted, do what ever we wanted to and everything was soooo clean I couldn't believe it. I actually put my finger across the shells and it was dustless. So they take very good care of the hotel although there wasn't many guests there. They handed us the map and circled all we needed to know. And another thing I was surprised. Everything in the mini bar was free, the champagne, bier, juices, sodas, water and the next day we got everything new. We also got the home made cookies as we came. For this money it's a very good deal.
“Super hotel rapport qualité prix”
Nous avons passer un agréable séjour dans cet hotel à Bratislava ! La chambre très grande, calme, propre, confortable, pas loin du centre de ville de Bratislava ! Je le conseil fortement :)

Nivy, Bratislava, Slovakia: Bordered by the Danube River, Nivy stretches from Spitálska on the west to Bajkálska in the east. Stately old buildings and small patches of park lend color and charm to the neighborhood, which largely consists of modern Eastern Bloc structures.
