“nice place to stay”
nice, clean rooms, friendly staff, good location, good breakfast.
“Branson”
I would not recommend staying at this hotel. It is old and outdated and in a very difficult place to get to because of traffic.
“sorry in branson”
When we ( my sister & brother in law and my husband) arrived the rooms that we asked to be together, or side by side. Was told that was not possible even though there were no people next to either one of our rooms. The next day the maid cleaned our rooms but left no toliet paper. So we ran out of toliet paper and used kleenex. The toliet got plugged and ran over. I tried to clean it up as much as possible. Went to the front desk told them and explain that my key card was not working. They re-scanned the card and was told that when they made the cards they did not put in the correct number of nights. The clerk said she would repair that. She did not. Same problem happened to my husbands card. The next day the same thing happened. Matter of fact, it happened each and every day. We had to go and have our cards scanned. Also when they cleaned the room and fixed the toliet, again they left no toliet paper. I explained to the clerk at front desk that I didn't care how clean the room was all I really wanted was to have plenty of toliet paper. I would never stay in another La Quinta Inn. We will try another hotel.
“Branson Strip”
Very nice location and hotel.
“YAY for La Quinta! They really do welcome pets!”
My husband and I and our 3 dogs had a great stay here. The hotel is in a great location at the end of the strip. You are within walking distance to several restaurants (Applebees across the street, Rowdy Beaver, steakhouse, rib place, etc.) and some shopping depending on your physical shape. Very nice indoor pool and hot tub. The fitness center looked nice too, but we did not get a chance to use it. There is a neighborhood right behind the hotel, so you have plenty of safe room to walk your pets. Continental breakfast was typical and convenient. The best thing about this place (and all La Quintas) is that it really is pet friendly. No additional pet fee and no bad attitude towards our pets (who are better behaved than most children!). We left all three dogs crated in the room while we went to dinner each night and there were no problems. As some have stated, the bathrooms are small. It was not a big deal for us as they were very clean, which is the most important thing! The only thing I would add would be HBO as it's nice to watch movies at night while on vacation. They had basic cable though. Overall, this place was excellent. This is where we will stay when traveling to Branson from now on.
“Relax”
Nice hotel great location on the strip. Pool and breakfest were very nice. Only down fall was the the bathroom was small. Overall would go back again.
“Nice Location”
This hotel is conveniently located in the center of it all. Very clean and it has been remolded with new floring. Pet friendly. We would stay there again.
“Good Hotel”
Hotel was fine - except that as mentioned in previous reviews you could hear every word next door - but as soon as you put the very noisy air conditioning on this drowned out noise! We went to see The Osmond Brothers who are at the Theatre attached to Hotel, excellant show and well worth the visit. Great shopping and extremely nice and friendly locals. Free breakfast was great and we always found a table.Huge free car park so no problems parking. Found the drive from Springfield to Branson a challenge and never been to a place with such a lack of road signs!!!
“Would stay again.”
Nice hotel for price...kids had a good time in pool. Close to Dick Clark's and strip of Branson.
“Very clean & convenient”
My main complaint was that one day the maid threw everything off the desk including a magazine and show tickets. I notified the front desk who said the maids weren't supposed to do that. They didn't seem very concerned. I finally had to ask for the manager to get any action. He went online and got a print out of the show tickets. My other complaint is that a couple of the front desk people weren't very friendly
