“Cant wait to go back!”
The room was a WOW experience! Decorated so nice and everything was perfect! The service was EXCELLENT!
“Disappointed, we are sorry to say.”
Although the surroundings of Hamilton House and view are really great, we were incredibly disappointed overall. The upholstery on the sofa's were stained and unclean. Our bathroom, (we stayed in the Hamilton Suite), did not seem to be clean at all; the bathroom floor was sticky and the coffee carafe were still dirty from the previous guests, not to mention the coffee cups were never cleaned from our daily use either. Our room had had blinds on the wall of windows but other guests used the table outside of our room on the balcony for several hours in the evening and the blinds on our windows did not shroud our room into any kind of privacy, plus we could hear their entire conversation as well. Water was complimentary, and for guests to refill, but the water dispenser was devoid of water after our first day and never replaced; but when asked I was given a large bottle of water; thank you. Breakfast was average at best and served entirely too late, 9:30. We were unfortunately quite disappointed, overall, with our stay at Hamilton House.
“Five Star Accomodation”
This is just a beautiful hotel. From the lobby to the individual rooms - elegantly furnished with great lay-out. The smallest details are completed with style and class. The bathroom was immaculate - colors were muted earth shades and the bedding was perfect. Will definitely go back. The staff was friendly and professional - two virtues which are missing in so many places today.
“Nice being off the strip”
We had a nice 3 night stay with the kids. I think their favorite part of Branson was the Hilton pool & surrounding shops right outside our door. Front desk staff was extremely accommodating & valet staff was friendly & helpful & actually seemed to enjoy their job! While Branson itself was a gimmicky tourist trap the hotel was a nice escape!
“Fantastic location on The Landing”
We wanted to spend a night in the middle of all the action on the Landing. This hotel offers just that.....convenience to many restaurants and 4 blocks of shopping. The view from our balcony was beautiful....overlooking the fountain and Lake Taneycomo. The hotel may be a little pricey....but not much. It truly offers so many dining and shopping options steps away....it is well worth it. Treat yourself to a fun day and night...you won't be sorry.
“Always perfect”
I've stayed at this hotel 3 years in a row and it's always a flawless experience. Fast easy chech-in, rooms are clean and comfortable. I will continue to book there when I stay in Branson!
“Will be staying here again!”
Great location with the Branson Landing right out your hotel door. Great shopping! Traffic can get loud on the West side if your room is on that street, but for a light sleeper I had no problems falling asleep in the comfortable beds. You are away from the congested traffic on the "76 strip, but only a jaunt up the hill to get there. Will definitely stay here again.
“One of the best places to stay in Branson”
Great location, several shops, steaks, sea food, barbeque and ice cream all within walking distance. Listen to live music, gaze at the fountain show and enjoy the senic boat ride. This is out second time staying at this hotel and will likely stay again as long as the price stays reasonable. We took the train ride last fall but was not impressed for the money. We say two shows and recommend them both, "Noah" and if your an Eagles fan see the "Eagles Tribute Band" at the God and Country Theatre. Very nice place to stay.
“Great Hotel”
This is a very nice hotel, if you like to be close to the shopping/restaurants on the Branson Landing. The bed/pillows was very comfortable. Black out curtains very nice. The windows opened a little. We did not have the balcony view, but could still look down and see the people walking around. It would be nice if they offered coffee in the lobby area. The only complaint I would give is that the shower is VERY weak. It is like standing under a light rain. One more complaint is that we had to ask for the breakfast tickets, as they should have been offered to us as we checked in. The young girl told us our room did not come with breakfast, contrary to what we were told when we made our reservations. I told her I could show her my email confirmation, and then she gave the tickets to me. She was not friendly. We enjoyed getting out and walking along the river, and watching the early morning fog lift from the top of the water. Relaxing. Overall - a great stay. But pricey.
