“Great location , great service!”

This hotel had extremely helpful doormen and the only complaint at all that I would have would be the desk help is not near as friendly.

“Great family get away”

We arrived about an hours before check in. The room was not ready, but I was early. We checked in and went up the room. I went from a double queen room to a king suite at no charge. The suite was very and the view was awesome. WE could see the lake and the new landing.

Area recommendations

The new landing was a great place to walk around. I would say stop by and eat at Garfield's, by Basspro the food was great and service rocked.

“Best Wedding Night Ever!!!”

We arrived Saturday July 2, 2011 around 9:30 PM (After our Wedding). We were tired and hungry. At Check-In, the staff member waived the Internet Access Fee and provided us with complementary Valet Parking. We went to the room and settled in comfortably. I decided to go on a stroll around the hotel and found a very nice restaurant on the second floor. I thought this would be a good time to earn some bonus points for the Wedding Night, so I requested a reservation for 10:00 PM, wherein they closed at 11:00 PM. I asked, " Do you have any of those tall candles, and would it be possible to get a bottle of wine chilled"? The hostess said, "Of Course and No, we just have the small candles on each table". I was fine with this, and selected our favorite vineyard of wine. (Willamette Valley Vineyards). I went to the room and acted casual and said, "Hey, let’s go get some food at the restaurant downstairs". She was hungry, so we went down. As we arrived my wife was about to say, "Reservation for Two", when the hostess said, "Mr. Cooper, Your table is ready". My wife gave me a funny look as we walked to our table. When we arrived the hostess and manager had managed to grab all the candles on the tables and put them in the shape of a heart. My wife and I loved this very much. The food was excellent. We both started with a bowl of Tomato Bisque, and for the two entree's we had Duck and Almond encrusted Chicken topped with a generous portion of Dungeness Crab. Delicious.

“Terrible Accomadations & The Worst Hotel Coffee.”

We reserved a room with 2 Queens and requested a high floor about 17 days in advance paid in full. The hotel however gave us a King room instead with a sofa bed that was too small for both my kids to sleep in, also put us on a low floor. The breakfast buffet we received with our reservations was only for the adults. Although breakfast was adequate, the coffee in the rooms and at the restaurant is the worst I've ever had. Other than that the location is great, and the 2 pools were enjoyed. Just be wary that if you reserve a room with 2 queens, they do not have to provide it, and the sofa bed is very small, more like a twin size bed.

“Great Weekend!”

I love the location, as there was easy walking to old downtown and Branson Landing. The rooms were in excellent condition and the beds were so comfortable. The only negative was having to pay for parking and wi-fi. That seems a bit ridiculous.

The only concern I had was that the other ind. I was traveling with booked his room through Expedia the same day as I. His room was larger ( same size bed) but for a lesser price.

“Wonderful Time”

Everything was great at this hotel. We requested a quiet room and received a corner room away from the elevators and other guests. Clean room. The only bad thing was the shower water pressure wasn't what I'd prefer. As this was our first time using expedia, I didn't know to print out buffet vouchers, and after explaining this to the manager, they comped the meal. The buffet is AWESOME!!! If you go, order the waffles. They are to die for! Overall, an amazing stay.

“Will Definitely Return and Recommend This Hotel!”

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Convention Center hotel. Our room was on 4th floor facing the Landing. The room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk and bell staff were extremely friendly and courteous. Our check-in was super quick. We would definitely recommend this hotel, and will more than likely return on our next trip to Branson.
