Nice Place to Stay
I have stayed at Caprice in the past and it has Always been a very nice place, close to many attractions and restaurants. Love the indoor pool and hot tub.

Awesome stay staff was amazing
The staff was amazing we ended up checking in after hours cause our car broke down they were so sweet to make an exception for us everyone was so nice room was very clean the inside pool was great I will be going back there

Owners were great! She called that morning to let me know of problem with the room I had reserved (family room). She then gave me option to cancel room, giving me ideas where to take the kids, OR giving me 2 adjoining rooms. We took adjoining rooms. So happy she called ahead to give us a heads up.

105 is a good room deep cleaned beds moved and everything walls washed and no one said anything to us at the office we only have 4 people that work here sorry if we didnt meet your needs.

Everything was good for a mini vaca but the reason we got thos hotel was for inside swimming pool and i do understand what happen wasnt thier fault amd tjey where tryimg to fix it but pretty good stay no bed bugs

grandtr got bed bug bites after staying here only 1 nite. This is a shame. I brought my children here when they were young n had such a nice stay. Totally different now.

Good value for the money.
It was an excellent place to stay. It is an older motel in the heart of Branson. So if you are looking for an updated motel, this isn't it. If you are looking for a comfortable motel in the heart of everything in Branson, then you should consider this one.

If you are going to stay here, bring your own cleaning supplies and clean the room yourself. Urine on the toilet, coffee spills on the counters, no signs of the room being vacuumed in days. Especially around the edges of the beds. Old dried pizza behind the dresser, at least they changed the beds over....Or did they?. Good thing it was only one night. It served it's purpose, we notified staff when we left and all they said was yeah, sometimes staff needs re- training. Maybe you need better staff who aren't lazy. Cleaning is not rocket science.

Rundown Dump!!
They had no housekeeping staff. No working ice machines except at the office building and we were in building 4 at the bottom of the hill so we had to drive to get ice. No towels had to call for her to bring them. but had to use cell phone because the phone in the room didn't work! We were looking for a inexpensive room for a quick getaway but this was far below anywhere I have ever stayed. Would not recommend to anyone.

The beds were uncomfortable! It was noisy, could hear people in other rooms and outside. However the pool, spa, and jacuzzi were great. The view out our window was great at night. We were supposed to have 2 queen size beds and instead got 2 full size beds. Was disappointed.

Caprice Motor Inn in Branson Mo on 76 Blvd
This Caprice Motor Inn on 76 Strip in Branson Mo is a filthy, cockroaches rundown motel with rude staff. Part of the package we paid for was free wifi and a mini fridge. Upon arrival the guy that checked me in told me that we didn't have those available in our room. I told him that was in the description of what we would have during our stay and his excuse was that we booked it through Expedia so there wasn't anything he could do. I pointed out that the motel was getting my money, and I wanted the room I was promised. He told me there was no refunds and rudely dismissed me. My rooms carpet was ripped in places, cockroaches were running around and the tv was old and you could hardly see the screen. I looked at the pillows covered up by the pillow cases and they were filthy and stained. My sheets were dirty. I would never stay here again. I slept in my clothes and without a pillow and we left early the next morning!! This place needs to be reported for its filth!!

Outdated and Broken
Stayed 3 nights, over Thanksgiving weekend. Would have left the first night if not for the location, already being unpacked, and having a busy itinerary. Walls, floors, and ceilings are thin and non insulated( for sound) and weak/rattling. It literally sounds like people are doing gymnastics in room above. I guess the cheap price attracts hoosiers, because several of the guests around us had kids that were completely wild and out of control, along with neighbors who had people knocking on their door every 10 minutes, for 3-4 hours straight at all hours of the night. Mattresses/box springs were at least 25+ years old ripped, cracked, brown stained. Floor was terrible. Bathroom door latch broke along with door jamb-looked like someone kicked it in. Bathtub had at least 20 cigarette burn marks on the edge. All caulking around tub/floor was old and cracked letting water in and curling linoleum. Hot water lasted maybe 5 minutes. One pillow was a folded in half, in a lump of I don't know what, that they sewed and then zipped a cover over. Fridge inside freezer door was broke off and gone, so anything that was close to it froze. It also rattled every time it cycled on. Trash on floor in bathroom. "Free" Wi-Fi was terrible. Couldn't even connect the signal was so weak. Their "indoor" pool is actually outside in a separate building. So you have a cold walk getting to and from. Heater/AC rattled, vibrated, and was generally noisy, surely due to it's age. Would not recommend again.

Very close to all the action on 76.
Nice location. Nice vacinity to Branson activities and restaurants. Friendly front desk staff. Room old and unkept, cigarette burn's and vomit stains in carpet, just old and outdated. A lot of drunk hecklers on floor above us that were obnoxious and inappropriate for my kids. Not a family motel, but good enough for price. Pool and hot tub warm, but are in a separate building and was too cold outside to use.

Loved the jacuzzi in the room! Also liked having a fridge and microwave. The towel rack fell apart the first time I used it. Toilet got backed up the first night, but they promptly fixed it when notified. Killed at least one roach in our room every day of our 3 night stay. We stayed here on our last trip and had no complaints then.

Excellent location, a bit worn but clean
We picked this motel for the location. It's a bit worn but clean. Breakfast of toast or doughnuts and juice and coffee, which is what we expected. Great for the price. We did not use the pools or hot tub because we were too busy, so can't rate those.

This was my second time staying here. Our room was in the back right by the pool. That was good and bad if you planned to sleep early. Even after the pool closed there were still guest out on the de k Fri king and being loud, even sounded like fighting. Once we went into our room the floor was not vacuumed and was very dirty. There was toilet paper in the toilet that someone didn't flush. We went straight to the pool and relaxed in the hot tub before going out for dinner and show it was nice. The next morning when we left for the days activities there was a vacuum sitting out by our door. I said good maybe they will vacuum. When we returned that night we re turned to new towels, the bed made, and the same sorry floor that was still not vacuumed. The marquee sign for the hotel said something about a housekeeper special. Not sure what that is but I do know that there are at least one if not more employees that live on-site. Looks like they might be remodeling some rooms as there were rooms with several beds stacked up Infront of the windows. I would suggest closing those curtains so it doesn't look so trashy. They need some real housekeepers. Hmm maby I should apply. Over all it was a nice location. Andy's custard right across the St. Nice view of the new Branson Ferris wheel. Walking distance to several restaurants as well. Indoor and outdoor pool.

4 Day Weekend
Stayed for an extended weekend. The hotel is dated, but livable. There were a few stains on the carpet, so I always wore slippers. The breakfast was donuts, toast and cold cereal, but I didn't stay here for that. I don't like people in my room, so I always keep the "Do Not Disturb" sign up. The front desk was friendly, although seemed annoyed when I asked for towels. The room worked for our purpose and for the price, I would stay here again.

Easy to get in and out of. Across street from Ferris Wheel that puts on an incredible light show. Staff were helpful. Easy check in and out.

Don't stay here if you want good sleep.
The beds were very uncomfortable. We had a suite with three beds and all of us were complaining about how bad the beds were. The room is outdated which was fine, it is just a place to sleep. The outdoor pool was in bad shape, the plaster was flaking off everywhere. We have a four year old and there are no steps to get in the pool, just a ladder, and the most shallow was 4feet. The so called breakfast was donuts and oatmeal. The good part was it is across from go carts, bumper boats, next to miniature golf. It is also across from Andy's frozen custard and a pizza place. It is located in a great area where you can walk to several things.

Weekend getaway. Price was fair Room was outdated, bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was small and looks like it's on the dirty side. It's not dirty just the walls were beat up shower head was falling apart. The 2 pools were nice my son enjoyed them! Hotel was in a great location for anything and everything you want to do. Hotel staff was helpful and very nice. Breakfast was just donuts, toast, coffee and juice. Nothing great.

Grand children loved the pool and hot tub. Room with jacuzzi tub worked out well. Location next to restaurant was handy. Working distance to activities was a time saver.

WORST HOTEL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
HORRIBLE.! The rooms smelled awful, the beds were uncomfortable, overall cleanliness of the room was bad, there was black mold in the pool. there were Cockroaches In my brothers room, and when brought to the attention of the owner she acknowledgeded they have had problems with roaches in that room, but didn't offer a refund or even a new room. We ended up paying $35 more by booking online than if we would have booked as a walk in. And when I asked about refunding what we overpaid the owner was extremely rude and told me it wasn't her problem that I overpaid, and what sense would it make for her to give me back money when the room was already paid for.
