Picked the wrong hotel by mistake. We didn’t want a water park experience but hot tub. Hot tub had too much chlorine which made me nauseated and ruined my swimsuit.

Great place for younger to pre-teen kid age I'd say depending on child. Have a great toddler area. Indoor/Outdoor hot tub was the biggest hit of course! No issues at all.

The chlorine in the water park was so bad that we had to leave. Kids coughing and crying, it was that terrible. Paid nearly $300 to use the park for an hour. Not worth it at all.

Great waterpark for small kids. Everything very clean. Water temperature was warm. Nice staff. Smaller place and not too crowded which was nice. Loved our stay and would come back.

I had read several negative reviews regarding high chlorine in waterpark, but have to say it was perfect for a grandma, mom, two 10 year olds and two 15 year old girls. The waterpark is smaller with 2 waterslides, lazy river, separate pool area for very young children. I'd say perfect ages would be infant to 12 though the 15 year olds had a great time too! My favorite part was the outdoor hot tub and the younger girls especially liked the waterslides. It had arcade, workout room, concessions, breakfast in the morning and our room was perfect and very clean. Staff couldn't have been any nicer. Thank you! We will return!

Thank you for staying with us and for the feedback. I am sorry the kiddos did not feel well after swimming. I am wondering how we can do better... The state requires once a day testing- we run tests on chemical levels at least 2 times a day when open, some days 3 times, just to be sure the levels are good for our guests. I will see if maybe we need a 3rd and 4th test during the day.

Water park is nice and clean. Traveled with kids ages 2-11 and they all enjoyed it. Its easy to watch the kids from all the tables that are set up. Nice an open so you can see all the areas of the water park. Breakfast was great too. the pancake maker was a hit!

The park is great and would be perfect except the chemicals were way too strong. Our kids all got coughs from the strong chemicals in the air and water and were finding it hard to breathe in the water park. They got itchy and dry skin worse than we've ever had at other water parks. We've been here before and loved it, this time was not good. No parent wants to see their kids wheezing like that.

The pool water is very chlorinated. Made it hard to breath and burned the eyes. Loved being able to sit outside in the hottub. The elevator made a lot of noise and was very slow. It was out of order for mostbpf the time but they didn't put a sign up on it saying in was out of order.

The hotel wasn't bad in and of itself. It was clean and friendly staff. The water park was great and perfect for our kids. The breakfast was decent and good fun treat for the kids! The reason for the 3 stars is the chlorine levels. The pool was so heavy on chlorine that by the middle of our second day there my kids were all having a hard time breathing and we're coughing when in the pool. By 2nd night they all had red skin and rashes from too strong of chlorine. We would probably go back, but def. Take breaks from pool more.

It was awesome for the most part. Only issues we have are that there is way too much chlorine in the hot tub. It was so bad that one of my kids puked. Then another kid puked and a bit of it got into the hot tub. All they did was shut it down for a bit and added some more chemicals.
