“Staff is great.”
We have been coming each year to the Western Heritage since 2005. One of the most consistent reason that we return each year is the characteristics of the staff. They are like a family unit that always cares about your comfort and needs.
“Nice quiet location”
Nice hotel, only problem was the heat did not match the thermostat setting. Had to get up at midnight and turn it off and open the window even though I only had the heat set for 60 degrees. One bath light was out at the sink and the shower curtain was moldy at the bottom in one spot. Otherwise nice stay, nice breakfast nice quiet location.
“Great Place”
Were were only in town for the weekend. This hotel offered everything we needed. The staff were friendly, the rooms were nice and the price was right! We did not have the breakfast buffet, as we were out with friends. But this place offered all at less the price of some of the other hotels.
“would stay there again”
surprisingly nice! would definitely stay again!
“A Hot Night at the Western Heritage Inn”
Delicious breakfast, lovely hotel. The only problem was that we either froze or broiled in our room and could not find a happy mediuml
“Convenient and not $$$”
The hotel is right off the highway exit, so very convenient to the tired traveller. The walls and windows must be well insulated because traffic noise was not a bother. The room was comfortable and warm, and the towels were thick, and so were the pillows; the night clerk was very friendly and pointed out several places on the map of the town for me. I like to walk, so the 10-15 minutes on foot to the main street of shops and restaurants was pleasant. However, driving is very easy in Bz. Finally, an excellent price, especially given the area. I definitely recommend it!
“Siva”
Very very clean hotel. Room smells great. For a few extra dollars, you get the hot tub inside the room. Has a resort style look inside. I would definitely recommend any one to stay in this hotel to have a unique experience. Staffs are great. Quiet nearer to the interstate also.
“a nice place to stay”
We stayed at the Western Heritage Inn for a Bobcat game weekend. It was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was large and comfortable for 4, the hot tub was a great way to warm up after the game.
“Would have stayed a few more nights had I the time.”
Greeted by helpful staff and manager. Room was very clean and the bedding in very good condition. Easy walk from all of downtown. Sauna was nice and clean. Reasonable rates. Good value.
“Pet friendly and convenient location to the freeway”
We arrived in the dark and found the hotel quite easily as it is just off I-90. It is a pet friendly hotel with an area to exercise our dog. The room was very reasonably priced and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed dinner nearby and had a very good complimentary meal for breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Montana!
