“Only so-so for the price”

We chose the Hilton Garden Inn in Bowling Green because of its proximity to the Sloan Convention Center. Unfortunately, that proximity also means that during events you will have a hard time finding a decent parking spot at the hotel. Our room was clean, but some aspects of it were questionable. For one, why would you put a towel rack full of clean, dry towels *in* the actual shower? Second, what is with the cheap mini fridges? Ours had flimsy, shallow racks which weren't even large enough to hold a 2-liter bottle. We saw several On-Demand ads on our TV saying that we could order new release movies, but the channels specified didn't even exist. Likewise, the quick checkout button our invoice referred to didn't exist either. The ice machine on our floor was broken, but no sign was posted and it wasn't repaired during our three-day stay. The hotel also failed to inform us that they were going to charge a security deposit to our credit card - initially when I called to check our balance I was worried someone had gotten our information, but it was just the Hilton's $100 hold. That seemed a little unnecessary since we'd prepaid our room over two months prior, but they should at least inform guests of the policy. Someone also needs to crackdown on unsupervised children, since they were the only other guests we seemed to see in the hallways. The hotel is new, clean and conveniently located, but there's still plenty of room for improvement.

“I'm Very Picky”

I'm very picky. That's my problem. As far as this hotel is concerned, it is very clean, very comfortable and very quiet. I will stay there again...even though it is a little far from the Interstate. Now that's picky.

“Not Happy at all”

This hotel was way off the interstate and for that inconvien. they don't even offer a free breakfast. The pool and hot tub smell was unbearable. We had to leave as soon as we got there. The pool was right accross from our room, it closed at 10pm and you could hear people having a party over there at 11pm. We called the manager to complain and was told " Its Kentucky in the final 4 give them some slack" and they did nothing. I would never stay there again at any time of the year.

“Nice Get Away”

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden. The hotel appeared to be brand new or exceptionally well taken care of. We were not able to secure a rollaway the first night of our stay for our 10 year old son, but did have one on the second night. Let's say it was a little more than cozy in one king bed. We also had trouble finding the hotel as there was no signage on the side of the hotel from the direction we came in and the sign in the parking lot was hidden by parked cars. Overall we had a good stay and would recommend it to others.

“Would definitely stay again”

My family went to Bowling Green for a weekend trip and stayed at this hotel. The hotel was very nice and clean. It is very convenient to restaurants and the interstate. The area is very nice. We also chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool and our little girl wanted to swim. When entering the pool area, they were out of towels so we contacted the front desk. Very quickly they sent someone to fill up the pool area with more towels. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
