It was a night with a low of high 30’s, the bed didn’t have a blanket, just a sheet. The filter on the ac/heat unit (yes I check those) was disintegrating, so we didn’t use it. Parking is good, plenty of trailer parking and room was clean. You can hear everyone coming in, and walking all upstairs and down the walkway but that’s not their fault, just a warning if your a light sleeper.

It was easily accessable from the major highway. I was informed that the property no longer uses Expedia. My rate was increased by $10 and was informed that this was $24 less than the regular rate for this stay. The rate was the reason that I chose Expedia.

I liked that the hotel was close to my work. I did not like that it was in need of some repair and it needed a deep complete cleaning including the grounds around the motel. My biggest complaint— we booked the reservation online with Expedia and even though we received a confirmation number confirm our reservation, when we arrived at the motel the manager/owner told me that I must have entered the wrong credit card number therefore they had not been paid. They did not hold our reservation. However, the motel was not fully booked so we were able to still have a room but for the full price not the price we were quoted by Expedia!! How do you have a confirmation number and not have a valid credit card entered??? We were scammed! I will not stay there again.

Owner tried to charge us for an extra day when we tried to check in a few hours early, ended up going to the lake to waste time. Hotel looks sketchy on the outside but the rooms are decent, definitely bring your own pillow and blanket as theirs aren’t comfortable and the towels are very used.

There was no breakfast, poor front desk help. Hope they don’t charge me twice because at the front desk they make me to make an other transaction for the same amount.

Terrible and typical.
Free breakfast on signs and in reservation but no longer offered. Nothing free. Typical 30 yr old roadside motel. Smelly with lots of cover up fragrance. Stained sheets and towels. Just a terrible place with bait and switch images and amenities. Will not go there again even after a renovations.

Check in was slow and not very friendly. She changed our room from a smoking to non smoking room and then told us it would be a $75 charge if we smoked in it. The rest of the accommodations were good.

When we booked the rooms online we asked for non-smoking. When we checked in, we asked for non-smoking. The first room we walked into was obviously a smoking room. Overall appearance of the facility was run down and dirty. We also did not feel safe. Would not recommend this hotel.

I should've slept in my car, instead.
I obviously made the reservation through Hotels.com; but the clerk struggled to find the reservation. I specifically asked for a ground level floor, and received a message from the hotel confirming the request. The clerk said they didn't have any on the ground floor but had to call to get approval to use one of the rooms they were working on. There was NO lighting in front of the room(110). Although it was a non-smoking room, I could smell smoke when we turned the AC on. There were hairs in the bathtub, hairs on the bathroom floor/along with toilet tissue, and there was a fake nail on the bathroom floor. The bed was just SPRINGS and was the worst sleep, ever. Yes, I took pictures of this. Upon checking out (no breakfast as advertised, by the way), there was NO STAFF in the entire office. I stood in the lobby for 20+ minutes screaming "hello" and calling the number. I even recorded myself in the lobby trying to reach someone about this horrible visit. No one showed up. I want a full refund, as this was an unclean, horrible bed, smoke smelling, and unstaffed hotel.

There is a temporary sign in the lobby clearly says that there is NO breakfast due to Covid-19 Please call me directly to discuss more...

I usually don’t do this but......
Stayed for two nights. Swore we paid for 2queen size beds unfortunately got full size very uncomfortable the first night. They tried to help us with getting a bigger room but was going to charge us for it so didn’t change. Second day Came back from a wedding opened the door and the room smelled completely like WEED and then found ASHES in the toilet... Neither of us SMOKE! We will not be back... and If we come back we will stay in a different town!

Room we stayed in looked 20 years older than shown on this site . With the door closed you could see 1/2 of day light all the way around which let bugs in. Looking at the room i would call it more of a $70 not a $92 room.

I have usually had a bad perception of America's Best, but this was not the case. The hotel was clean, and in good quality. The bed was comfy, but my only issue was the sheet for the bed was not a fitted sheet. So it didn't stay on the bed.

Extremely upset awful hotel
So I was told that there would be no breakfast only continental not hot breakfast I go with my children and my husband that’s in the military to go get breakfast and they said all they have is orange and apple sauce that’s it no cereal no nothing so I’m very upset because this is all I ever use Hotels.com so I want immediate response pleaseAnd at night there was people hanging out tons of people out there drinking laughing and joking on four wheelers going back-and-forth to the clothes back-and-forth of the hotel this is really bad I felt very unsafe I have an 11-year-old and a six-year-old they were crying that they felt unsafe but we had no choice but to go there

Good for a quick stay.
The hotel had a lot of crickets, but that wasnt their fault. A few happened to jump in the room when we opened the door. Our room was hot because the air conditioner was unplugged. Breakfast was small but very fresh.

The room had been very recently remodeled and painted and was quite clean. The bedding, although clean, had seen better days and had burn holes in the sheets. Also there were no blankets in the room.
