I obviously made the reservation through Hotels.com; but the clerk struggled to find the reservation. I specifically asked for a ground level floor, and received a message from the hotel confirming the request. The clerk said they didn't have any on the ground floor but had to call to get approval to use one of the rooms they were working on. There was NO lighting in front of the room(110). Although it was a non-smoking room, I could smell smoke when we turned the AC on. There were hairs in the bathtub, hairs on the bathroom floor/along with toilet tissue, and there was a fake nail on the bathroom floor. The bed was just SPRINGS and was the worst sleep, ever. Yes, I took pictures of this. Upon checking out (no breakfast as advertised, by the way), there was NO STAFF in the entire office. I stood in the lobby for 20+ minutes screaming "hello" and calling the number. I even recorded myself in the lobby trying to reach someone about this horrible visit. No one showed up.
I want a full refund, as this was an unclean, horrible bed, smoke smelling, and unstaffed hotel.
