Conveniently situated location for both going into the Rockies or going to Denver. Property was nice and well-kept. Staff was very helpful with a snow brush when a storm hit. Would stay here again.

The hotel attendees were all very helpful. During the night shift a male employee was kind and wen tour of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. I had 3 very young children with me and everyone sermed very compassionate and understanding Tuank you

This is an odd review. I ASSUME the hotel was excellent. Many Marriot properties are. I selected a TERRIBLE rating because of the refund policy being what it is. There are no refunds, no matter what the circumstances. I was unable to make it to my destination b/c NYC was hit by totential rain and flooding on 9/29. Planes were grounded and cancelled all day and my flight was cancelled @ 9pm after two attempts to leave LaGuardia. When I called Spring Hill Suites in CO and Expedia, I learned there was a no refund policy and managment at the hotel wouldn’t make an exception, despite the weather emergency. So, I’m out $500 for a hotel I never was able stay at. I’m a long time customer of the Marriott, and I’m very disappointed that there are no exceptions for a refund or at least a credit. My dog sitter reimbursed me after I paid up front for four days when I only used two. He understands how to take care of a loyal customer. The same can’t be said for Spring Hill Suites in Longmont, CO.

Nice fitness facilities, clean, and new. Breakfast is better than average continental. With the cleaning staff had checked in our room once during 2 night stay just to remove garbage but other than that, no complaints

Rundown room and bathroom has a dirty grab bar bar in the wrong place and toilet paper fixture too far away from to he toilet. Lacks paper products and towels. Wonderful front desk clerk what he could.

It was just ok
Some what disappointed with this hotel. While it was clean and easy access to local businesses, I found it lacking. Bathrooms had the tiniest hand soap, and the shower soaps were difficult to efficiently use as they are attached to the walls. Housekeeping did not visit our room and I had to ask for fresh towels, much to the annoyance of the front desk. The “hot” items on the breakfast Buffett was far from hot and completely overcooked. Will rethink this hotel in the future.

The day check in staff member was only willing to accommodate Marriott members. The rest of us are just meant to pay and deal with the insane road noise. Not only was she not willing to put me in a room on the opposite side when I told her I was a light sleeper she actually put me right next the the elevator equipment room and ice machine. Couldn’t sleep!

The room was disgusting. There was air in the bed that was not mine, air all in the shower, again not mine. No WI-FI for both days. This is a known problem, based on the 2 front desk employees. The issue is, if you have an iPhone or Apple products, they won’t connect, not good when you need to work.

Liked the Springhill Suites property very much. Didn't like the restaurant nearest the hotel called "the Bistro" in the Marriott's property "Courtyard". Expensive and junk food quality!

The staff was rude the layouts of the room is confusing, the bathroom door wouldn’t even stay closed, and the dead bolt wouldn’t lock either. Worst hotel in Longmont guaranteed.
