“I will make this my place to stay in Longmont, Colorado from now on.”

This was a great place to stay! Quiet, clean and close to downtown Longmont.

“Susan”

The bed, pillows and linens were the best!! The hotel is older and it shows in some areas but it is clean. The staff was terrific! Problems: only suites have bathtub, but the tub we had was a huge jaccuzi tub. Ask for a room at the back of the hotel as there is a train that goes by till at least 11pm and early in the morning and yes he blows its whistle. Overall I would definately stay there again just for the beds!

“Excellent Experience”

The people were very friendly. Rooms were clean and big. Loved the Sleep Number beds. And I loved the breakfast buffer - eggs, pancakes, and fresh fruit!

“Nice hotel in Longmont”

I attended a quilt show in the area and was nicely surprised by all this hotel had to offer at a very reasonable price. The staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast was wonderful. Very accommodating for my handicapped mother. I will be staying there again next year!!

“Nice”

We enjoyed our stay. This hotel is in a business area next to Old Chicago restaurant and right off the main road. It is an older hotel but has been kept up. It was acceptably clean and maintained. The complimentary breakfast upstairs was a low key buffet but nice. I would stay here again. P.S. If you are looking for a new hotel, there are several just up the street in the newer part of town.

Area recommendations

I would recommend the area south of this hotel where there are new shops and hotels. Also, the area further north of this hotel has a lot of good shopping available. This hotel is conveniently located off the main street through Longmont.

“Plaza Hotel Longmont, CO”

Professional, courteous hotel staff. Nice accomodations and comfortable room. Free wireless internet was a little slow, but fine. Restaurant/bar next door was very nice as well - daily happy hour and very good food with changing dinner specials.

“Different name,higher priced”

The Plaza in Longmont has undergone a name change - it used to be the Radisson. Since the name has been changed the room rates have increased significantly, but the rooms are the same and the service is somewhat compromised (re:fax machine used for reservations made online). The remote control didn't function for the television, nor did the sleep number remote control for the bed,. The room was clean but a bit on the worn-out side and could use some refurbishing(tile grouting in the shower, sofa cushions, etc.). I did not personally partake of the continental breakfast but my companion did, he thought it wasn't very tempting (luckily Le Peep is nearby for breakfast !).Overrall, the beast thing about the Plaza anymore seems to be its location.
