This place is like a no tell motel on the side if thw highway. Im surprised they dint rebt the rooms iut by the hour. The only hotel in the universe that has not been remodeled and upgraded. Staff was non existent. No hot water. Front doorrs didn’t even work.

Hi Tressa, indeed we had a power such that messed with quite some of our equipment. We had the door back fast enough, the Boiler took a lot longer but was done by 6pm. Our apologies for not having told you about the highway next to us and thank you for understanding that we wanted to be the only hotel in the universe to not be upgraded. The hotel is super old inside/oldside. They have alot of problems communicating with people. We stay for 2 nights, they didn't have hot water when is freezing outside. You try to call front desk, they doesn't answer their phone. You have to walk downstairs to ask when the water is coming back, and their answer was "don't know ". We have to checkout early. The only thing, it was really closed to the university.

Great location... but very "blah".....
Best location possible as far as proximity to the university and Pearl street, but man this place needs an upgrade. the furniture is old. the parts of it that should be historical, just look old. the bed was clean and it looks like they updated the bathroom, but the sliding glass doors out to the balcany are still ones from the 50's that you have a difficult time opening and "screetch" when you do. the staff was nice, but extremely slow. They still have Covid glass up when you check in so you cant hear what they are saying. Very "blah"....

Best deal in town. Staff was great and acomodating. This hotel is going to be torn down in the future for another large commercial/residential project. But the rooms are find and the location and price is great.

As for the hotel being torn down, there are a lot of speculations going around to what will or will not happen in the future. Though what I can assure you is that no definite word that reached us to what the future hold for Millennium, with that said Management and staff are conducting business as usual.

It was all just average... My room was about a half mile from the front desk, but the attendant wasn't able to get me a closer room "because the rooms are re-assigned before my shift starts."

Great location, otherwise average. The property is outdated and definitely needs an overhaul, but my room was fine and clean. My experience wasn’t anything like some of the poor reviews I’ve seen here.

Very close to Folsom field. Nice big property with very comfortable beds. The only complaint is that the lady at the front desk seemed to have little interest in customers at 11:00 pm. But she did go ahead and get us checked in

On the Creek path
Great Breakfast and each room has a deck. Make sure you ask for one that overlooks the creek. Bottled water and croissants with mango juice on the breakfast bar.

Check in was quick and easy. The property is old and out dated. The bedding looked okay, however the smell of mold and mildew were overwhelming. We made other arrangements and left the property. When I call for a refund my request was denied.

Very nice, comfortable and a good value. Good location in Boulder, but a little difficult to get in and out of parking lot due to one way streets. Beautiful garden area outside. Only negative: although the breakfast had many offering, there was nothing for anyone on low carb diet, or someone with a milk allergy. Scrambled eggs or omelets would be nice.
