“Excellent location”

An fine hotel in a superb location. Staff always willing to help. Excellent room with great view over harbour. Within short distance of a wide varuety of hotels and bars, plus shops and water trips. Would certainly return if visiting Marseille again.

“excellent location”

This is the perfect spot for the vieux port. Some rooms have views of the port which are quite superb. Breakfast is also very good and is served in a room with views of the port.

“Worth a visit”

Very convenient location. Most front of house staff very efficient but some did not have information on local attractions. Excellent bar with great harbour views. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return.

“Not a four star hotel”

The hotel was not 4 star quality. The corridors and public areas were extremely tired looking and the staff were rude and unwelcoming. I would not come back here again.
