“fabulous price and location”

Lovely hotel, staff were extremely kind and helpful when I had my bag stolen in Marseille - let me use their phone for countless calls and provided tea! Great room and very clean. Only 10 mins walk from the centre of town. Car parking available, which is rare for an Aix hotel! Would definitely stay here again - good price. Pool area looked nice for summer (we were there in November)

“Clean hotel in Aix”

Very clean, spacious room. While it was a 10 minute walk into center of town, area felt safe and you end up walking all over Aix anyway, so didn't really seem to matter. It's also close to a couple of nice patisseries, a grocery store and the road north to Avignon. Couldn't get the wifi to work but there's a computer you can use off the lobby. Staff was quite helpful.

“Breakfast Scam”

This hotel was adequate but room decor was dreadful. It was overpriced and I would recommend it only if a pool is absolutely necessary. In the room the maid leaves a form for what seems like complimentary continental breakfast. It's NOT. Before ordering it the second day I checked at the desk and was told it is free. We were then charged 12 euros each for 2 days. The desk person pointed to a sign no guest would see in the desk area noting the charge and refused to budge except to reduce it when I said we didn't get 2 coffees on day 2.

“Das Hotel liegt ca. 10 Gehminuten vom Centre Ville von Aix-en-Provence.”

Wir haben drei Tage in diesem Hotel gewohnt und nichts vermisst. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, das Bad ebenfalls. Der Fernseher verfügt über einen deutschen Sender. Die Nutzung unseres eigenen PC war kostenfrei, der Code wurde uns an der Rezeption ohne langes Nachfragen mitgeteilt. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der City. In 5 Gehminuten ist man direkt im schönes Altststsdtviertel von Aix-en-Provence. Obwohl das Hotel an einer vielbefahrenen Straße liegt, haben wir keinen Verkehrslärm gehört. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr schmackhaft. Der Pool wurde von uns nicht genutzt, sah aber sehr sauber aus. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Area recommendations
ES lohnt sich auf jeden Fall den Canyon du Verdon und den darin befindlichen See Lac de St. Croix (ca. 45 Minuten entfernt) anzusehen sowie die Kirche Notre Dame de Marseille in Marseille. Außerdem hat die Stadt Aix en Provence eine melerische Altstadt, für die man unbedingt mindestens einen Tag einplanen sollte.

“Hôtel à excelent rapport prix/satisfaison, excelent habitation, staff efficient.”

Nous avons resté 3 nuits et nous sommes très satisfaits avec la choix. Nous y reviendrons sans doute si l´opportunité arrive.

Qualità standard Best Western, Personale gentile e disponibile. Posizionamento a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Ottimo per visitare Aix e come punto di partenza per la Provenza
