“Unhappy Arles visit.”
Hotel had inadequate parking. Unloading area was constantly full of tour buses. Room was minimal and full of smoking residue. Food at dinner and breakfast was terrible, only the one service person was a redeemable factor. Front desk service was just barely acceptable. Worst experience ever in France.
“Good value & convenient location”
The location of this hotel is excellent: just two blocks outside the walls of the old city and within easy walking distance to the monuments. Parking was simple and the hotel has an attached underground garage. Free internet service worked well in the room. This hotel is not fancy, but it is clean and convenient. Good value.

The location of this hotel was perfect. The hotel was nice and the rooms large and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were nicely renovated. We'd stay there again!
“Would highly recommend to everyone”
My family and I stayed at the Best Western Hotel Atrium in Arles and loved it. You couldn't ask for a better location if you plan to visit the city of Arles. The hotel is centrally located so walking to all the sites is very easy and possible...not to mention that the market is practically outside your hotel. This is a definite must-see if you're visiting Arles. The other great thing about the hotel other than location is parking. The hotel has parking for your car which is a BIG plus if your traveling by auto while in Europe. The hotel staff were wonderful...very friendly and helpful, nice buffet breakfast, and kid friendly hotel. It made for a very pleasant holiday for both myself and my family. Would recommend to all my family and friends.

... Mais il n'y a pas de mini-frigo dans la chambre. Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie et dans une région qui est une des plus chaudes en été, c'est un oubli incompréhensible.

Seconda notte: di sabato sera alle 10,00 non c'é acqua calda. Il personale della reception dice che ciò é dovuto ad una affluenza straordinaria nell'hotel (un pullman di giapponesi) e che entro un ora sarebbe stata ripristinata. Al mattino seguente ore 6,00 non c'era ancora acqua calda. Il personale della reception dice che ciò é dovuto ad un errore da parte di un addetto che non ha ripristinato il boiler. Impossibile parlare con il manager poiché non presente all'hotel nonostante tale problema. Chiedo di poter aver il rimborso della notte successiva che avrei dovuto passare in hotel, il personale della reception dice che é un problema da risolvere con la mia agenzia. Expedia mi dice di farmi fare una lettera dal manager dell'hotel in cui si dice che non passo la notte successiva nell'hotel. Dopo tale richiesta, il manager mi fa pervenire una lettera in cui dice che nell'albergo non si sono verificati problemi, che mi é stato offerto qualunque servizio gratuito pur di farmi restare in albergo: menzogna. Dopo aver comunicato ad Expedia il contenuto della lettera ed aver lasciato l'albergo, expedia contatta il manager per telefono, il quale mente nuovamente su tutto. Non solo ho perso i soldi della notte che per ovvie ragioni ho disdetto all'hotel, ma ho avuto l'intero itinerario sconvolto.
