“Wonderful Hotel!!”

We loved everything about this hotel. It was close to everything we wanted to do...shopping and site seeing. We walked to the Freedom Trail and the Black Heritage Trail and we could walk to the train. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of our way to may our stay the best it could be. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends!

The Lenox Hotel is simply fabulous! Staff work so hard for guests and do everything they can to ensure your stay is wonderful - they go above and beyond.The hotel is full of luxury and comfort - I genuinely hope that I am able to return for another stay in the near future.

This is the second time we stayed at the Lenox. Not only was the room just as nice as last time but what sets it aside from other hotels is the excellent service.

“Super room, super service”

The Hotel was very very good. I have stayed in the Boston Harbor Hotel a few times before. This hotel was similar in look and feel (old world English Charm and decor) but not as spacious overall - mind you, the rooms were nice and spacious. The slightly smaller common spaces, however, does not mean it is unbearable or too cramped! The room we stayed in was excellent. The room did justice to pictures on the net - for once!!! YESSSS!!! The hotel also provides lots of good (free) essentials - if not in the room, you just have to ring and ask The concierge (Kristie) was very considerate and thoughtful. When I booked tickets for whale watching for my family and asked if motion sickness could be a problem, she ensured that a vial of dramamine and some sun lotion was there in the room the night before! Where do you get this personal touch?!! We were touched! Am truly glad we stayed here.

“Wonderful Boston Getaway”

Traveled to Chicago for a couples weekend getaway. The Lenox was the perfect hotel. The staff was amazing...both accommodating and professional. We loved the Back Bay area...wonderful restaurants and shopping. Enjoyed the walk to the Boston Common area and freedom trail. Would definitely stay at the Lenox again!

“Perfect stay”

We spent 3 nights at the Lenox hotel. Everything was excellent except for the internet - wi-fi in the room was really slow. Internet in the business centre was OK. Definitely will stay there again - location, service, room - everything is very good.

“Great hotel”

Great staff, a regal hotel, the City Restaurant and Bar were superb! Well located in the back bay away from the tourists, and an easy walk to Commons park and harbor.

“Excellent experience!”

The service was excellent, friendly & polite. We were always greeted in a warm manner. The valet service was awesome. My kids upon arrival received each a stuffed lobster. They loved the chocolates on the pillow and cookies in the afternoon. We aporeciated the free water bottles in our fridge. I would highly recommend this hotel!
