I wish to thank this guest for taking the time to review his stay but regret that his expectations were not met. The hotel values the importance of a good night's sleep and invests in top of the line mattresses that are periodically renewed. Because of that we are usually praised for the comfort of the beds. While we do not have a variety of mattresses for each individual preference, we do offer "egg-crate" cushions as well as bed boards for those who wish to adjust the hardness of the mattress. All suites also have a pull-out sofa bed, and so when the guest requested a mattress on the floor, the mattress from the sofa bed was used. The miscommunication entailed not realizing the sofa bed was already needed and that the guest needed an additional mattress.Prospective guests are recommended to contact the hotel in advance of their stay for any special requirements or expectations, so that we can do our best to accommodate or inform guests of what is and is not possible. I hope this guest, overall, enjoyed his stay in Boston.

The hotel doesn't have coffee in our lobby but rather offers coffee in our restaurant for breakfast and provides complimentary Keurig makers with coffee in our suites.
