Great place to stay to be in the middle of everything! Really enjoyed our stay - only thing to note is the standard rooms do not have a microwave or fridge and there was only one elevator that worked- which made it busy for st paddy’s weekend! But overall great stay and worth the price!

This is our second time staying at this hotel. We love the location which makes it easy getting in and out of the city, easy walk to the Garden for events which is why we were in town to see a Celtic game.

There was only one working elevator, every time you wanted to leave you had to wait a while for the lift and then stuff yourself into a packed elevator.

I thought the overall experience was amazing. The location was central to everything! My one complaint was that the mini fridge in our room was fully stocked with beverages, so there was no room to refrigerate any perishable baked goods from the bakeries that I wanted to buy from.

The bathroom and shower were beautiful and renovated! The bed and furniture in the room were a bit outdated but still clean. A large parking lot was located right across the stress!

We loved the location, we did not like the high prices in the restaurant/bar the draft beer tap line was offline for the four nights were stayed, there is no excuse for that. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

I valet my truck with the Bostonian. They did not lock the truck wherever they brought it to and had a lot of personal belongings taken including 2 laptops, and much more. No broken windows which tells me they simply didn’t lock the vehicle.

The property was located right near Faneuil Hall, which is great. Only negative was when I got to the room, the window was wide open in the middle of winter/wind blowing. I closed it and the room warmed up fairly quickly.

I loved this location. It was beautiful and convenient. There are so many dining choices near by. I’ve lived in Boston for the past 23 years and haven’t seen such beautiful views. Didn’t know we had such beautiful hotels out here either. The service was amazing. The room was clean, and had a beautiful balcony view of the city. I’d absolutely stay here again. 10 out of 10!!

It's such a nice property, I first went there 25 years ago. Love how it overlooks Fanueil Hall and the rest. Warm entrance. Good room. I was in 604 and FYI the phone did not work (maybe find a way to contact the front desk without it?) and the toilet handle needs fixing. I wish there was a bit more warmth in the room, even cheap robes. The lobby and/or elevators need signs saying where the workout facility is (and that facility is fine, maybe swap in a Peloton and swap out a machine, but the internet functionality did not work on the machines). The rails in the elevators need an easy sanding/staining. Restaurant was fine, I'd go there again if I stayed there (but not if I wasn't!).

For the price and destination fees there wasnt even a fridge in the room but there were 2 broken ones dumped in the hallway. Unprofessional. Microwave was also on another floor. Customer service was terrible. Not friendly. Valet should be complementary.
