“Beautiful Thanksgiving”

This is a great place to stay in Boston. Location wise is fantastic, walking distance to restaurants and shopping areas. Custumer service is the best...... As soon as we check in, every one call us by our name; make us feel like home.

“Quite impressed!”

The Mandarin in Boston offers incredible value for the money - it's essentially a 5-star property at a 3-4 star price! Staff were attentive and helpful at all times, rooms and facilities were exceptionally clean, and the location is tough to beat.

“Pass on room service”

Beautiful hotel, the restaurant is great, however I've ordered room service a couple of times and I think it must come from another kitchen.

It was indeed great services tthrough out our stay though we had few issues, one we were denied to change one of our rooms to twin bed claiming the hotel was full when it was not !!!! ( we realized this when a fire vacuation took place early morning and found out there were very few guests in the entire hotel. The second issue was on our request for late checkout... yes we were given one room with late checkout upto 2:00 pm however it was not done on easy way and we were pushed hard to vacate the room !! However and despite these little issues we really had great time and will certainly return to the same hotel and will recommend it to others. The staff at the Bar are wonderfull. the service at resturant and primarly breakfast was fine but very slow. overall it is a wonderful hotel.

“Best Customer Service...EVER!”

The location of the hotel was incredible. It was walking distance from all the best shopping in Boston. When we wanted to venture out a little further, there was a 24 hour complimentary car service available for guests use. The concierge was able to secure dinner reservations for the best restaurants with no lead time. The attention to detail was very impressive.

“Great location, gorgeous room”

The hotel location is excellent. The rooms are beautiful, elegant and extremely comfortable. Service is top-notch. We had an amazing stay at the Mandarin Oriental Boston, would highly recommend to all.

This hotel is in the Back Bay neighborhood, situated perfectly. We loved being based here, a close walk to the Commons.

“Great experience with my toddler!”

We checked into the hotel, the crib I requested was waiting for us, along with a fun gift and DVDs for my daughter. Unfortunately, the crib was a bit too small for my toddler. I let the front desk know and they sent up a very comfy cot with side rails. A great solution! Room service was a must since I was traveling with my young daughter. Though a bit pricy, the food and service were both great. It was cold while we were there and one of my favorite touches was being greeted with a little glass of hot chocolate when we came in off the street one morning. Little things like that made it an extra special trip for my daughter and me!

“Very Nice place”

Fantastic service, very nice rooms. quiet, excellent food, attached to the prudential center - so did not have to walk in the snow to get to the convention center.

“Best in Back Bay Area”

Great hotel. Even the 'basic' room was great. Wonderful big bathroom. The reception staff were very friendly and truely service orientated. The price differential between this and other 5 star hotels in the area is reflected in the quality of the product.
