Great hotel near airport

Posted 08-Apr-2014
The shuttle runs 24/7 to the airport and airport station. The hotel staff were very helpful with my bags. The front desk was accommodating when needing extra keys. Got a microwave deliveried to the room within minutes. Very attentive. Great view of the Boston skyline as well!

Great hotel at a reasonable price; closeness to Logan Intl Airport was a definite plus.

Pros: Convenient to the airport.
Overall good. The shuttle service to the airport is not on a fixed schedule, so give yourself plenty of time. M

Wow...and I'm picky!

Posted 28-Mar-2014
Pros: food, views
Cons: beds
Location: close to airport, free shuttle
We stayed two times now. Both times it was fantastic. The bell hop greeted me saying "welcome back" the second time. We ate at the restaurant two times. It is reasonably priced, and delicious. The views of the skyline are great. The beds are ok, but everything else is AWESOME.

Nice view over Boston skyline

A two day stay for business purposes. Nice view over the harbour. Close to the airport including a free shuttle. Taxiboat to the city center across the harbour. A nice walkway for running next to the hotel, and along th harbour, about 1 mile.

Antiquated hotel with a good staff

Posted 17-Mar-2014
Pros: See above... (hotel staff, view, check-in were all great)
Cons: It is critical that this hotel improves their sound proofing and offers free wi-fi without an archaic forced sign-in process.
Location: Wasn't there long enough to see immediate near-by locations. Didn't appear to have any amenities in immediate walking distance.
First time staying at this hotel. Let me start with the positive: - Check in was smooth - Staff was courteous and attentive - Dining facility was very nice (again, with great staff) - View over the harbor is beautiful. Here are the negatives: - Little sound proofing in room (I could hear conversations in adjoining room and hallway as if they were in my room. I luckily had a courteous neighbor my only night there, or it would have been abysmal. They even put a message for free ear plugs in the room... so it is clear they know how bad the problem is). - No free wi-fi?!? They provide "the first hour free," but then you have to pay... not to mention you have to provide info to get on the internet in the first place? As a business traveler, this is a must, and they don't meet that expectation.
