The hotel was perfectly situated for us- it was RIGHT next to Fanueil Hall and the North End. We were first placed on the 3rd floor, and we're light sleepers, so we asked to be moved up and they helped us with it. They were very accomodating and the hotel is very well located.
Staff let me into the room on the morning of my arrival since the room was ready for me. Hot cider was wonderful after seeing the sites in Salem. Morning coffee before I left was great also. Staff was very pleasant.
