“Would definitely return”
My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for a long weekend (2 nights/3 days). Having gone to college in Boston I was familiar with the area and comfortable with the location of this hotel. I was really impressed by the friendliness of the staff, convenience of the location and the amenities within the hotel. We were a quick walk to the red line and orange line T and a 5 minute walk to Fanneuil Hall. The hotel staff were helpful in answering questions and offering suggestions. Our hotel room was not as tiny as other reviewers would make you believe. We were both comfortable in the room and never felt crowded. The bathroom was really clean and the water pressure in the shower was out of this world! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to spend time in the downtown area and still be accessible to the T. One important note is that this is located in the financial district so on the weekends the neighborhood is really quiet (which I personally loved!)
“Quick weekend”
Can't beat the price for downtown. Clean and good service.
“Out of the Way - Slice of Heaven!”
In the middle of the Financial District. Appreciate the Club Room inside the lobby - PC there to print boarding tickets - saves the airport hassle.
“Good place to stay”
It is a really small hotel, BUT the rooms are really clean, the staff is friendly and helpful and you have everything that you need. The Elephant and Castle pub next to the hotel provide a good breakfast and it is really nice in the evening.
“Front Desk needs help”
only complaint redhead girl at the front desk unfriendly/snobbish didn't give good customer service at all, she never smiled, when we asked questions about the area and parking our vehicle she said she didn't know and went back to her computer. Normally front desk personnel will address people when they enter the lobby smile and ask how are you, are you checking in today, do you have a reservation we were greeted with "what can I do for you" then did nothing walmart greeters are more friendly. The rooms were clean but very small for the price, location was good for our trip but I don't think I would go back. The parking employees were very friendly and assisted us with our questions the front desk couldn't help us with they received a good tip
“Would visit again”
Very clean, convienient, and close to city center. The room and public areas were very clean. Staff was helpful and available; they stored our baggage safely after checkout. Great price, modern decor, comfy beds.
“Good hotel good location”
Good hotel good location a little loud but nothing major
“impressed”
Finding the hotel was difficult. Parking was extremely difficult. Other than that the room was great and close to everything downtown.
“Great little hotel in heart of Boston”
Only needed a room to stay for the night was very comfortable enjoyed the chai tea in the media room having a restaurant connected to it was very convienent and the food was great
“Central location”
The location is really good, very close to "Freedom Trail" and some historical sights. There are not too many restaurants/bars though in close proximity of the hotel, it's more within the business district where there's not a lot going on during the nights / weekend. The hotel is good, nice rooms and some extra services.
