Poor reception staff, poor TV reception, poor food

Pros: Nice shower
Cons: lots, food, tv, staff.
On check-in I wasn't advised the Wifi password and the staff didn't take a swipe of my credit card, this resulted in two extra trips to reception. The quality of the TV picture was very poor with lines and ghosting through out, in modern life this just isn't good enough. Food in the Italian restaurant wasn't particularly great and small portions, resorted in ordering take away to be delivered in the end.

Pros: Love the leisure facilities, a 25m pool is great in a hotel, as so many are much smaller.
Cons: The Bose docks in the Upper Deck rooms are for iPod/iPhone 4 and older, so for me with an Android phone, I just feel disappointment over the bias show
Great hotel, but in the middle of a business estate, much like many of the Village hotels, great facilities, stayed here a couple of times now, but I won't eat in the Italian restaurant, as the bacon in the Spaghetti Carbonara was just gristle and the waiter wasn't that bothered, so I won't eat there any more. Food in the bar is nice, but one of the male bartenders seems to have a bit of an attitude problem.

Great experience and location for north london

Stayed for three days over a long weekend impressed with it's location for north london very good value and very buzzy lobby good breakfast rooms modern although carpets could do with a good professional clean best hot water I've found in a hotel for years .. Added value of the health club enjoyed my swim and gym and Starbucks in the lobby would definitely stay again

Pros: rooms were nicely furnished,and the staff were friendly and helpfull.
Cons: i dont think i would want to improve anything in this hotel.
we stayed at this hotel for a shoping trip to london,it was in a peacefull location with good amenaties within the hotel at very reasonable prices.

The atmosphere was vibrant so where the people working there. We got a lovely room either great Customer service Waitress at the break fast were doing a fantastic job especially Charlotte and all were v v helpful.

Needed to stay close to stanmore tube station and this hotel was perfect only a 5 minute drive away. Hotel was excellent and very comforting and the Italian restaurant was really good.

Did some research regarding the hotels around this area and This one is head and shoulders above the rest. Staff are amazing and help full and the location is first class.
