Excellent for car users

Pros: Love the leisure facilities, a 25m pool is great in a hotel, as so many are much smaller.
Cons: The Bose docks in the Upper Deck rooms are for iPod/iPhone 4 and older, so for me with an Android phone, I just feel disappointment over the bias show
Great hotel, but in the middle of a business estate, much like many of the Village hotels, great facilities, stayed here a couple of times now, but I won't eat in the Italian restaurant, as the bacon in the Spaghetti Carbonara was just gristle and the waiter wasn't that bothered, so I won't eat there any more. Food in the bar is nice, but one of the male bartenders seems to have a bit of an attitude problem.

Great experience and location for north london

Posted 02-Sep-2014
Stayed for three days over a long weekend impressed with it's location for north london very good value and very buzzy lobby good breakfast rooms modern although carpets could do with a good professional clean best hot water I've found in a hotel for years .. Added value of the health club enjoyed my swim and gym and Starbucks in the lobby would definitely stay again

Needed to stay close to stanmore tube station and this hotel was perfect only a 5 minute drive away. Hotel was excellent and very comforting and the Italian restaurant was really good.

1 night away for our anniversary

Posted 16-Jun-2014
Pros: Modern, clean, friendly staff and overall great
Cons: Sort out the Italian restaurant
Location: N/A
The hotel, staff, room and atmosphere was fantastic. However, the Italian restaurant was absolutely REVOLTING. The food was inedible, my partner started with dried out garlic bread, i had a chicken ceaser salad that had far too much dressing on it that made it look like it was soup. My partners burger was so over cooked that the burger was dry, my salmon verde was dripping in oil and the Mediterranean vegetables that i ordered were as follows: half of a raw tomato, half of a raw onion, another vegetable that was unrecognisable. All of it was dripping in oil. We complained and agreed to have desert as we really didnt want to order anything else. My partner had the chocolate cake.....all dry and tasteless, my lemon sorbet was fine. An overall disaster not to be repeated. I did ask the manage if the fruit on the eaton mess desert was fresh......guess what? all the fruits are frozen. This completely ruined our anniversary dinner. I have previously eaten in the hotel bar which was absolutely excellent yet our meal in the Italian restaurant was a bad dining experience that has really upset me.

Not a room for 4.

Hotel was great as I have stayed in other Village Urban hotels before. This hotel advertised a 2+2 room which i booked but when I checked in the 4 bed was little more than a matress on wheels on the floor. The room was too small too accomodate the 4th matress unless it was blocking the wardrobe or it was blocking the walkway to the toilet, which would mean you would trip over this in the night in the dark. I mentioned this to reception and the managment did not have the courtesy to to even call me back. When i mentioned it again on check out then pretty much fobbed me off. Nice hotel for 2 max 3 but don't book for 4.

This hotel was picked on price to include breakfast and location to NW London. The receptionists made me feel very welcome, took great care of my disabled guest,...and being very dim and leaving my phone charger at home they loaned me one. I will stay here again, I think the top floor is a better bet. I would have given just 5s but my bedroom was a tiny bit tired. I didn't get the chance to enjoy a dip which was shame
