This is why we only have one breakfast room. As far as room service is concerned, we normally get very good feedback. The building is very old, it is possible that when the hotel is quiet the water takes longer to arrive and we do not have the right to do any work as the hotel is a Unesco World Heritage Site. We therefore fully understand your dissatisfaction, and the response from our staff was not the right one. You should not have hesitated to ask for a manager, available on site 7 days a week, and ask us to change your room, and we would even have made you a commercial gesture.
