Stay here for the excellent proximity to the train station. Room was tiny, but clean, and the bed was comfortable. With large laundry carts filling the hallway and all amenities being a la carte, it felt like a hostel. Breakfast featured a range of options with decent quality.

Hotel is in an old building and parts of the interior, especially the corridors, need renovating. Bathroom was clean with modern fittings, but it was desperately cramped. There was hardly space to move and there was no clear space even to hang the toilet rolls or towels. Bedroom was clean with comfortable bed. If you opened the window for much needed fresh air, it was noisy. It is across the road from the main station. But that meant easy transport everywhere. It is on two tram routes.

Only one night but for the time in bdx we are satisfied. The earlybird breakfast at half price is worth it.the hotel is very close from the train station therefor very easy to walk to the shuttle going to the airport. The only thing we did not like is the cigaret smell in our room… probably coming from the carpet… beside that the hotel is very clean and convenient.

Very close to the Saint-Jean station, but the bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows were lumpy and there was a left over towel hanging in the bathroom…. Not impressed

Great location for station. Breakfast fine. Rooms have all been smoked in and stink like an ashtray. First room we were was so bad, we asked to be moved. C'est bien situe, et le petit déjeuner était agréable, mais malheureusement les chambres ont toutes l'odeur d'un cafe des années 80, c'est a dire comme un cendrier.

Staff welcoming Great location Right opposite the main train station, must be double glazing as so quiet, clean tidy and comfortable about a half hour walk into the main centre of town. Restaurants each side and others close

Nice hotel close to the Bordeaux train station. The area's a bit seedy but you never know around a train station. Only paper glasses in the room and thin walls and no coffee maker. Front desk staff very kind and informative.

This property is directly across from the train station. Clean and nice size room with a bonus office area. No view. One window opened to a roof area. Needs to improve the wifi. Good room for the price.

Basic but convenient
The staff were very helpful and the position opposite the train station was perfect for us. The tram stop was also right there. The room was small but all amenities were provided. Coffee or tea in the tiny foyer for a small charge. The shower and carpet needed a good clean. However, the hotel is undergoing renovations at the moment.

Good location right across from the train station and the tram to get into town very easily. Room was nice, but bathroom door is transparent so not a lot of privacy. Customer service was very good.

So conveniently located for the train station, and if you manage to get a room looking out over the train station building, it’s very picturesque! Can be a little bit noisy during the night, but for the convenience factor, I can overlook that!

Location was excellent except for the noise at late night from people loitering outside the train station. Overall excellent although when I tried to check out around 0600 am, there was no person at the front desk. I called out several times, waited at least 5 mins and then had to leave.

Convenient stay for train travellers
This hotel is very conveniently located near the train station, and the staff was very helpful. We had two adjoining rooms, which worked great for four adults travelling together. Breakfast was a bit chaotic and certain things were in short supply (which wasn't surprising since it seemed like some guests were packing an extensive lunch to go too, leaving crumbs for the rest!). Our one actual complaint was that although it was non-smoking one of the rooms had obviously had a smoker in it in the past and the smell lingered on.

Comfortable hotel close to train station
We chose this hotel as we only had a few hours in Bordeaux before catching a train the following morning. It was right opposite the main train station with some shops, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. It was about a 25 minute easy walk to the city centre. The hotel looked new and the room was small but very comfortable. Everything was spotless and we had a friendly reception. Breakfast was also varied and plentiful.

Room was very small but bathroom was so small that you had to lean when sitting on toilet because shoulders were against the wall. No shelving to handle toiletries for dressing in the morning. Had to search for the toilet paper holder as it was hidden behind towels and behind you almost impossible to reach. Shower was very small as well, with low water pressure. Water would go from hot to cold to hot all on it's own. Wifi was terrible. Air conditioning was great and appreciated the elevator.
