“Not in a heatwave...”

Rooms are small and cramped. No AC. Unbearably stifling in hot weather. Streetside noisy. Staff varied in competence. But cheaper than the competition.

“mauvais rapport qualité -prix”

l'accueil à l'arrivée : rien à dire , le réceptionniste était courtois et souriant la déception est venue de la chambre qui sentait mauvais , un mélange d'odeur de tabac froid et de parfum qui avait du être pulvérisé pour masquer l'odeur du tabac , j'ai passé la nuit fenêtre grande ouverte pour supporter ! Tâches sur la moquette et idem dans le couloir , pas très engageant ! Rouille dans la salle de bain ! heureusement le lit et le linge de toilette était propre mais le matelas fatigué! le petit déjeuner était tout à fait correct .

“hotel proche de la gare”

propreté du hall d'accueil vraiment pas nette! grosses taches sur la moquette! chambre non fumeur demandée, pas accordée, les chambres sont si petites que l'odeur de tabac reste imprégnée personnel pas vraiment compétent

“une situation très pratique, petite chambre”

L'hôtel se situe près de la gare, une situation très pratique pour prendre le tramways, aussi pour visiter la centre de la ville. La chambre n'est pas très lumineux.

“des améliorations à prévoir car très bien situé”

la description sur le site sncf n'est pas conforme à la réalité...la bouilloire est virtuelle, l'heure d'acces à la chambre de 12h est en réalité de 15h. Il manque un accueil plus chaleureux...il y a de la poussière importante sur les lampes et faut aussi regarder sous le lit (sachet....) autrement très bien situé cet hotel est à recommander à tout ceux qui veulent découvrir la ville sans stress...

“Hotel Star Bordeaux Gare: proche Gare, à tarif intéressant”

L’hôtel mérite un rafraichissement des peintures, et un meilleur entretien au quotidien (nettoyage). Tarif très raisonnable, petit déjeuner convenable. Accueil agréable. Environnement un peu bruyant, surtout par forte chaleur avec fenêtre ouverte.

“hotel pas satisfaisant”

cette hotel n'est vraiment pas satisfaisant. dans la salle de bain plein de moisissure, la douche est relier au lavabo et donc on peut pas ferner le rideau de douche du coup plein d'eau partout.... heureusement qu'on était la que pour le week end sinon on aurait peter un cable. et le personnel pas sociable du tout
