“Just make sure you turn up when reception is manned!”

Really neat and tidy hotel. Good for tram links. Kitchenette came in really handy (being vegetarian in a mostly veggie-hostile country!). Only grumble would be, reception is only manned at certain times... if you arrive late in the day -as I did- then you have to ring a premium rate tel number to gain access to a safe to get your key. And it would appear that the premium rate phone line isn't always manned either (as I discovered at 2 in the morning with 2 irate families trying to get some sleep in the lobby). Other than that, cracking place.

“Apart Hotel Bordeaux”

I have found the Aparthotels quite good as I travel with my wife and two young children. They allow you to cook simple meals, and give you as much space as a suite in a 5 star hotel for less money than a cheap hotel. As long as you don't mind taking out your own rubbish, they're great! This particular hotel unfortunately didn't have baths in the bathroom which was a bit annoying.

“surprise”

Imagine my surprise to enter a hotel room late at night and find that there is no bed!! Turns out there is a sofa bed, but not an actual bed. There was no staff available when we arrived, so we were stuck. It was fairly comfortable for a sofa bed, but it was still a sofa bed. Seems they have beds in some rooms, but didn't bother to tell us when we made the reservation that those rooms were sold out. A/C was advertised, but it didn't work. We also had something of an adventure finding our key since no staff was there, but we finally figured that out. The hotel is only staffed 6 days a week during business hours. Positive was that it was close to a Tram stop, which easily takes you whereever you want to go in Bordeaux.

“suffisant pour une nuit”

très bon rapport qualité prix, suffisant pour une nuit, mais pas plus très calme, literie très moyenne s'agissant d'un canapé lit et non d'un lit, la qualité du couchage est très moyenne.

“Appart Hotel Bordeaux: vive le Tram”

Hotel eloigné du centre ville mais tres accessible par le Tram. Hotel tres propre, personnel compétent et acceuiilant. Bonne qualité de service.

“Idéal pour un court séjour.”

Proche du Stade Chaban-Delmas. Proximité du tramway. Idéal pour un court séjour. C'est une résidence, pas un hôtel. Bien pour un pied à terre.

“Appart'City Bordeaux centre : Un avis mitigé”

J'ai apprécié cet hébergement pour 2 raisons : La présence d'une mini-cuisine bien équipée en comparaison de sa taille, ainsi que la facilité pour rallier le centre grâce à 2 arrêts de trams à proximité. Par contre je mets une note très défavorable à la literie. Nous avions un logement pour 3 personnes avec un lit double et un lit simple avec un matelas dépliant. Le lit double faisait un grincement horrible à chaque fois que l'on s'asseyait dessus ou que l'on bougeait et le lit simple étant recouvert d'un matelas en 2 parties qui se sont détachées au milieu de la nuit obligeant ma fille à dormir à moitié sur le sommier métallique. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre mais dans la nouvelle le matelas du lit simple était lui aussi sur le point de se détacher et le lit double grinçait tout autant que dans la première chambre.

“deçu & énervé”

J'était vraiment faché par le service ici, le cléf ne ouvre pas la porte quand on rentrait ver à 11h un soir!! Après 30 minutes d'essais, on n'y arrivait toujours pas, et l'accueil était fermé, il y avait personne là-bas. On a frappé très fort la fenetre pour reveiller le personnel qui travaille à l'accueil, il m'a demandé de lui ramener le cléf, après une "reprogrammation", la porte a finalement été ouvrie. Il semblait que il avait pas du tout d'excuse pour nous. Incroyable pour un service comme ça. Par contre, j'étais aussi tellement surpris par le lit ici.... De toute de façon, un mot pour conclure: déçu

“Prima locatie, slaapbank kan beter”

Een simpel apartementencomplex, kamers zijn niet groot maar voor alleen overnachten prima geschikt. Het bed (slaapbank) is helaas zeer oncomfortabel, heb alle nachten heel slecht geslapen. Badkamer en keukentje zijn prima, een heerlijke douche.
