“Would definitely return!”

The Savoia Country House is just on the outskirts of Bologna, a mere 1-10 minute taxi or bus ride from the center of the city. It has all the amenities plus free breakfast buffet, and a great restaurant with reasonable prices. I can't wait to return!

“Simply Excelent!!! Everything.”

We arrived in Bologna the 28th of July and spent 3 days. Check-in was quick and easy, the room was confortable and very clean. There is also free internet wireless and free parking. Breakfast is included in the price, and the price is ok. Location of the hotel is also good, 3 miles from the centre - where car is not allowed. People can, anyway, park the car and take a beautiful walking trough the old centre which is recomended.

hotel was very comfortable ,great location ,very easy to travel in andout of bologna city centre [15 mnutes by bus ] 15 minutes by taxi to airport. very welcome return to hotel after sightseeing in lovely interesting city . Photographs a bit misleading as a lot are of the more upmarket savoia regency . Meals are available in the regency which are excellent standard ,not cheap but worth the quality of the experience . Poool was not open in early april which was a bit disappointing . Breakfast was very good but best when eating early . Breakfast room is sometimes 'taken over ' by conference guests using adjoining coffee room which is a bit offputting but staff try to minimise disruption . lovely garden areas could be tidied up a bit . Very quiet in evening but staff very friendly and happy to provide bar service even when late . A hidden gem is the traditional trattoria within grounds which is not advertised ,lovely owners who provide fantastic traditional fare .

Very quaint hotel, nice breakfast, clean bathrooms. It was nice being a little out of town and away from the crazy traffic and parking.

“Kultururlaub”

Wir waren für 9 Übernachtungen im Hotel. Sehr schöne Anlage bestehend aus mehreren Gebäuden, sehr viel Grün herum und eigenem Parkplatz. Im Nachbarhotel, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß, steht außerdem der Pool zur Verfügung. Unweit davon ist eine Parkanlage gelegen, die zum sonnenbaden und spazieren einlädt.. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Außerdem kann das Restaurant empfohlen werden. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zur Innenstadt fährt ein Bus direkt vorm Hotel. Überhaupt bestehen optimale Anbindungen: Zum Flughafen sind es 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Autobahn zweigt vorm Hotel ab, was zwar für entsprechenden Verkehrslärm sorgen kann (Fenster sind isoliert), aber für uns war die Lage des Hotels somit ideal. Wir waren mit dem Mietwagen unterwegs und haben Venedig (in ca. 90 Minuten), Florenz (ca. 70 Minuten), Ferrara (ca. 30 Minuten), Parma und Ravenna (ca. 60 Minuten), Verona (ca. 90 Minuten) wunderbar erreicht. Auch Bologna selbst ist sehr schön und hat viel zu bieten. Bademöglichkeiten gibt es in der näheren Umgebung in ca. 30 Minuten, oder in 60 Minuten an die berühmten Strände von Rimini.

Hotel magnifico, situato in zona tranquilla a pochi passi dalla Fiera, e vicinissimo all'uscita della tangenziale e autostrade, pulizia della camera eccellente, silenziosa, dotata di ogni confort, personale altamente qualificato e gentilissimo, colazione mega abbondante con cibi di prima qualità, consigliatissimo a tutti coloro che si devono recare a bologna per lavoro zona fiera o se sono di passaggio in quanto vicino alle autostrade. Parcheggio interno comodissimo, giardini interni favolosi con percorso benessere. Io personalmente in questo Hotel già ci sono stato, ci sono riandato e ci ritornerò sicuramente.

“Ottimo hotel”

L'hotel è molto accogliente e le stanze sono pulite e confortevoli dotate di tutto ciò che serve, come ad esempio il frigo bar e la tv satellitare. Il posizionamento dell'hotel è in una zona periferica ma si giunge al centro in 10 min di auto.

Wir hatten ein Hotelzimmer gebucht, sind dann aber leider im 9.Stock eines Wohnhauses gelandet. Das 3-Bettzimmer entpuppte sich als 2-Raumwohnung mit Doppelbett und durchgelegener Schlafcouch. Das Bad und die Küche waren in Ordnung.
