“Roomy, Clean, Super Value for Italy”

We spent 17 days in Italy and stayed here our first and last nights, as we flew in and out of Bologna. This was easily the best value for comfort, room size and quality of any place we stayed. Added bonuses were the nice bathtub and great breakfast selection.

“PERFECT”

We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, and would use it every time we visit Bologna. This was the fifth hotel we have tried in this area, and at last we have found a proper hotel. Good security, good room sizes (Deluxe) a bath and shower, a bar that is actually open in the evening thru to midnight. Good breakfast charming helpful staff who can not do enough for you. All in all a very pleasant stay. Thank you!

“Stay here! This place rocks!”

The location absolutely can't be any better. You're walking distance from absolutely everything. It's literally a 3 minute walk to the old bridge, is right off the river, and it's about 10 minutes to the Ufizi museum (reserve tickets before your trip!!!). Even if you pay a little bit more for the hotel, the location makes up for the extra cost because you could easily stop back multiple times throughout the day, eat sandwiches in the room and not need to take taxis or public transportation. Besides location, the hotel is quiet, air conditioned, well maintained, clean and comfortable. The staff at the hotel are incredibly kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The bartender helped us open a bottle of wine we purchased from a local store and even gave us two glasses to take back to our room! After our first night, we came back to our room to find two hotel t-shirts wrapped as gifts for us. Internazionale Hotel is absolutely fabulous, and I think we were lucky to stumble upon it!

“Excellent Bologna hotel”

Good quality hotel within 10 minutes walk of the main piazza. Very efficient underground parking (if required) 38 Euros for two nights. Really good choice at breakfast in lovely breakfast room. Helpful English speaking reception staff.

The hotel was excellent and also the location. It was in the old city centre which has great architecture. It is within easy access to the train station. The city bus (No 20)runs from the airport to the central train station. It stops yards from the front door of the hotel. There is a wide variety of good shops and places to eat next to the hotel.

“First Class Service”

The hotel was central for the historic centre of Bologna and easy walking distance of both the train and bus stations to enable visits to other parts of Emilia Romagna. Despite some other comments the hotel was in good decorative order and much of the carpeting looked fairly new. The breakfast was very good with a wide choice of both sweet and savoury items. Perhaps we were lucky with a room to the back but you heard little sound even from other guests in corridors. The room was well cleaned every day and all staff were pleasant and helpful.

Came early in the morning ( 9 am ), reception staff was nice to give a room right away (I was hoping just to leave the luggage). Nice stay over all, convinient to the station and all Bologna attractions, excellent breakfast buffet. The bed could have been a bit firmer, but this is just me. One limitation - no free WiFi. They even apologized at the front desk that it is expensive at their hotel (many cheaper hotels around have free WiFi). But being the last night of the business trip I did not care that much.
