“Hospitality Abounds”
My husband and I traveled from Texas to Boise for a college football game and were overwhelmed with the hospitality and friendliness of the entire city. From Boise State's students and fans, to the hotel staff, to the average citizen on the street, we were welcomed to the community and greeted with genuine kindness. We rented a car and found the hotel very easily from the airport, and parking at the hotel was a breeze. Although, in retrospect, we would have been fine without a car because the hotel is so conveniently located near the university and downtown. There are restaurants and bars all around, and a wonderful market with booths of local vendors every Saturday morning from April - December in downtown. The room was clean and comfortable (although the bed was a little soft for our taste); the breakfast selections each morning were terrific; and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
“Would definitely return”
We traveled from Massachusetts to attend the TCU (I'm an alum) vs. Boise State game. The hotel location was perfect. An easy walk to great restaurants downtown, and not too far from the Stadium. The Boise State fans were the greatest, and TCU won!
“Great place in downtown Boise”
Very helpful and friednly staff. Good breakfast with many options, hot and cold. Excellent location, walking distance to the outdoor market, museums, lots of cloubs and restaurants. There is a $10/night parking fee, but there is off-street parking available nearby for half that. Would definitely stay here again.
“Great stay in Boise”
The hotel was great! We had a wonderful view of the city (even saw about 25 hot air balloons take off from the local park!). We were within walking distance to the heart of downtown Boise. If you are looking for a reasonable hotel that is clean, close to downtown and has perks like free breakfast visit the Hampton Inn Downtown in Boise!
“Wonderful Hotel”
Wonderful hotel to stay at. Very close to downtown.
“Exceeded expectations”
I chose this hotel thanks to the reviews on Expedia and we weren't disappointed. Excellent location as it is within walking distance to the park and rose gardens, many high quality restaurants, and the street fair on Saturday. The neighborhood felt safe. The parking was reasonably priced, but worth it, and plenty of it. We had family come swimming in the pool and they forgot to bring a swimming diaper for a toddler and asked at the front desk and they had one! Also the hot tub stopped working, we let them know and they responded immediately to fix it. The pool was great for little ones and everyone else. Tons of towels available at the pool. I prefer a softer bed, so that was probably my only gripe, but I have never had a hotel bed I like. The breakfast buffet is also wonderful with delicious food and plenty of choices, also with plenty of places to sit. Did not feel crowded like alot of them do, and seemed mostly "business" class sort of group. Will definitely stay there again when visiting family in the area!
“Location and Comfort”
When I lived in Boise, I heard good things about this hotel. My stay on a recent visit back confirmed the positive reviews. Perfect location. Great room. Free breakfast was weak, but Goldy's and Moon's are too close and too good to miss anyway.
“The best customer service ever”
Every single employee goes out of their way to be hospitable. Highly recommend!
“Best”
This hotel is the most comfortable in Boise.
“Job well done”
The staff was very helpful, the room was to our liking and the bed very comfortable. The downtown location was in the heart of a good night life and great shops
