Full-sized refrigerators/freezers, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils are available in kitchens. Bathrooms include showers and hair dryers. Other amenities include washers/dryers, separate dining areas, and coffee/tea makers. Rooms feature balconies with city views. Cribs (infant beds) and rollaway beds are also available. Guestrooms at Arlington Place are accessible via exterior corridors. Renovation of all guestrooms was completed in August 2007.

“Bad Experience - Be Careful”
This hotel is not a full service property, it is like renting an apartment for a number of days. There is no breakfast or daily room cleanings, the beds are old and uncomfortable and the wifi signal is very weak. The building has serious maintenance issues. I arrived late in the evening for a 2 days stay, and drank water from the tap and brushed my teeth without looking carefully. The next day I noticed the water from the tap was brown, and the hot water did not work at all. I immediately complained, and was told the problem would be fixed within a few hours. I left for lunch and come back, when I was told by the front desk it could not be fixed until the next day (when I was scheduled to leave) and to just bear it. I packed my things and went down to reception to check out immediately due to the brown and cold water situation and obvious health risk, and a manager finally came out and offered me another apartment room after I basically yelled at her. Unfortunately, that evening I got so sick to my stomach that I do not want to even describe in detail the symptoms but you can use your imagine when it comes to stomach and instenial symptoms. I can't say for sure the cause was the brown water from the apartment, or something that I ate elsewhere. There is no way to know. Until this property gets their act together, I would avoid going back again.

First of all it is not a hotel it is an apartment building where you need to purchase food, water, etc for your stay. There are restaurants near by but it served it's purpose in my case since I know Bogota the Sheraton wanted $250.00 per night. If I hadn't written down the phone number and address I never would have found the place and I speak fluent Spanish. So go figure.

Nice hotel. Well located in the north of Bogota. More like a condo apartment type. Breakfast was brought to the room. Nice comfortable bed and sofa bed. Good for the price. If your business and pleasure is in the north of Bogota, great place to stay for the pric.

All the personnel was very nice, excellent service !!! but the room had a hard and very unconfotable mattress, we ask for a change, inmediately we got a new mattress, but the new one was very old and too soft. Also, since the first day the refrigerator had a very loud noice, we could not sleep, we complain again and we were moved to another room. In both rooms, the lights were very poor, it is impossible to read anything or work. The overall condition of the hotel was nice, but it needs a better maintainance of the rooms.
“Very nice spot in Bogota!!”
Like I told before to stay in this hotel was a very nice experience, I traveled to Bogota with my husband and my mom. Early in the morning they served us a good breakfast in our room. The hotel is clean, organized and the localization is perfect, not to far from the airport and only a few minutes by taxi from downtown area.Besides that, a few bloks from the hotel we can find excellent restaurants to eat and have fun.The staff is very friendly and always give us all informations we need to help to make our stay in Bogota more interesting. The price is fair and I don't have anything to complain about this hotel.I really suggested my family and friends to stay there whenever they travel to Bogota.
