I like the good location, location! the only suggestion, it is the mosquito around my room, seems like you need to put something when you leave the window opened.

Rooms are dirty, old, and noisy. Staff is very slow and don't care when you ask for basic stuff like towels, toilet paper, a second key. Won't be coming back ever.

Bien ubicado, pero puede mejorar
Buen hotel para el viajero de negocios. Bien ubicado con muchas opciones para comer y tiendas cercanas. El restaurante tiene un buen menú. Por mejorar: no ofrece cafetera en la habitación, aire acondicionado goteaba (cuarto 608), almohadas planas y cama dura. Mucho ruido de la calle aunque la habitación no esté de ese lado.

The second night of my staying i arrived at 3 am after a party, and my card didn't open the door. They changed the card, brought a machine to open it. Nothing worked. They end up sending me to another room, with no toothbrush, night products or clothes. When i woke up they told me the door was fixed, but they didn't offer to reimburse the night, ot pay for my taxi to the airport, or dinner, or a f***ing snack, or any product or service. All they say was "do you want us to bring breakfast upstarts?". BTW breakfast was included. Not returning. Not recomending it. Also, their towels are too old.

Este año tuve la peor experiencia por parte de la recepción del hotel, fui clara desde mi llegada advirtiendo que me hospedaba con mi padre un anciano de 93 años muy lucido sin embargo eso no quiere decir que se le trate como a cualquier mayor El necesita buena atención y ante todo amabilidad . Ayer 5 de Junio llegamos al hotel cerca de la 1 de la tarde , no hubo una sonrisa por parte de la recepción ni amabilidad por el contrario estaba mal encarado le dije que no se preocupara que iba a caminar con mi papá y regresaba a la hora del check in , al menos nos hubiera ofrecido quedarnos cómodos tomar un café mientras esperábamos la entrega de la habitación a nuestro regreso al hotel después de estar caminando esperando que fueran las 3 para el check in No hubo rapidez en la entrega de la habitación, ya eran casi las 4 de la tarde y no nos ofreció absolutamente nada , le pedí al menos un baño para cambiarme porque estaba perdiendo la cita y que tristeza e indignación tener que vestirme en un diminuto baño abriendo maletas y sudando para poder llegar a una cita y cuando salí del baño me dice : cuando regresen estará lista la habitación y mi padre con deseos de descansar fue terrible el trato y la semana pasada ya nos habíamos hospedado en ese mismo hotel y Yo ya tenía la reserva comprada desde USA un mes atrás por esa razón regresamos. Adicionalmente terrible los desayunos ayer me enteré que cambiaron la administración y despidieron la mayoría del personal . Hotel no recomendado

The check in was not fast and the staff was definitely not friendly. Our room was not ready and we had to check twice if the room provided was correct according to our reservation. There was also a delay with our check out as it was not clear for the staff if I had already paid. We were heading to the airport and we couldn’t leave. I had paid when the reservation was booked, so we had to wait around 15 min while they were sure we had paid. To be honest, the service with the check in and check out was really bad.

It's really sad to find out this hotel has turned into an hour motel. Unfortunately it's located near several casinos and bars. I didn't get much sleep due to the banging in the walls! Will not stay there again

Some times you get what you pay for. The hotel was clean but I encountered several issues. There is a hotel Jacuzzi that we couldn’t use, they said I needed to make a reservation, I tried to no avail. The bed in the room made me feel like I was sleeping on the floor, I am very serious..the bed was very hard. My body was sore every time I woke up. The free breakfast was just ok..they kept running out of food. Supposed to open from 6-10..didn’t open until 6:30..food still wasn’t ready. I have so much more to but I have to go to work. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless your short on funds.

Nice business hotel
Small and comfortable business class hotel, located in the northern part of Bogota. Rooms are spacious and rest rooms convenient. It has a small restaurant in the lobby area with convenient service.

Unacceptable procedure & lack of respect.
When I arrived at the Hotel at almost 3am ... they did not find my reservation & advised me that the hotel was sold out. After I showed them proof of my reservation they provided me a room and advised me that they were giving me a higher category room than the one that I was paying for. Next morning I left at 830a to a Cake Workshop & left all my personal belogins in the room (212); for my surprise when I came back, the hotel changed all my stuff to a different room (504) without my permission and without me being present. This was COMPLETELY unacceptable. And on top of these i was chage a higher rate that what it was locked out for my reservation.

The staff at this boutique hotel is wonderful. I was there for 9 days and every staff member went out of his/her way to make me feel comfortable and special. I will return to this hotel without hesitation!
