Cons: The employees need to improve their English language seriously. They wanted to be helpful, but lack of communication is a major problem.
That is a nice luxury hotel in Bodrum resort. you may find lots of activities in hotel (Animations, Water Sports, Disco and so on). Quality of food is OK and you may get food and drink service around the clock. Staff are friendly but their lack of English knowledge and their slow service providing could be a headache for non-Turkish speakers, Big Time!.

Disappointing

Posted 30-Jun-2014
Pros: The staff was nice.
Cons: Everything...please update the facility, mainly the rooms.
Location: Nothing really.
I would not recommend this place to family and friends. The facility was outdated, rooms were old with multiple bugs and spiders everywhere. There isn't also much to do here and it's not a place for young couples. The staff were pretty nice tho for the most part.

A nice place for a great family vacation

Posted 29-Jun-2014
Cons: Room cleanliness.
Location is perfect right on the beach. All-inclusive is a treat with so many choices including a variety of food and snacks throughout the day and night. Drinks included. Room cleanliness can be improved a bit. Service was great and staff very pleasant. Entertainment programs are very rich with a show every night. Gumbet buses run every 5 minutes and stop at the hotel entrance so transportation to Bodrum is cheap and easy. Plenty of shopping, cafes and restaurants within an 8 minute walk in Gumbet center. A great place for a family vacation. highly recommended.

poor beds

Posted 16-Jun-2014 on Hotels.com
great service, decent food, friendly staff and nice weather mad up for a poor bed quality. We enjoyed every thing about, Turkey, Bodrum and our hotel except beds that were hard and uncomfortable. A 4 or 5 star hotel should have much better beds that guests could get much needed rest at night. nightly entertainments were fine but Wednesday "beach party" show was very poor. It seems like the Hotel did not want to spend any money to have a better show. Making a bonfire and throwing foam at attendees is not enough. surrounding hotels had better shows on Wednesday evening.

excellent hotel with plenty to do

Posted 06-May-2014
Pros: sports - swimming pool / table tennis / beach volleyball / free pool table (good quality) / tennis courts / mini football pitch
Cons: animation staff need more oomph - breakfast - needs bacon and sausages - i had fried egg with omelette every day
Location: location would have been good - but we came too early in the season, and the main resort was still shut (gumbet) dolmus to bodrum was fun - but slow
2 adults 2 teenage boys - all enjoyed it - even though we came a few weeks too early in the season (easter) gumbet was shut and weather a bit changeable - so pool was a bit cold view of the bay was gorgeous, lots of steps on the complex all inclusive buffet food was ok - not special - but we used the italian restaurant every day between 12 noon and 4 delicious pizzas / burgers / spag bols - and another bonus was the main restaurant open through the night - so we feasted on midnight cheese on toast - before congaring down to the D.I.S.C.O lots of sports facilities on site which was great for me, the staff were really friendly Turkish people but we felt the animation team didnt really get things going - not very organised or enthusiastic. boring music around the pool - only changed on our last day evening entertainment was simple audience participation - but I cried with laughter every night - especially the elastic band trick and the driving experience would def go back - lots of things going for it - just simple improvements could be made - like getting rid of all the sharp rocks in the middle of the beach volleyball pitch - its not that big and wouldnt take long to clear - but it's little things that they just dont think of i hope that doesnt come across as too much moaning (perhaps it's cos i;m getting old) there are some great staff here including the cleaners who were really friendly

Great overall, Spa was the best

Posted 19-Apr-2014
They work very hard at this hotel to keep the customers happy and entertained. Staff were the best and always there when you needed something, The spa was the best and I went a couple of times, both times loved it the fish restaurant and the Italian were great but the Turkish Restaurant gave us cold food.
