“Pleasantly surprised”

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel considering the very reasonable rate. All the staff were friendly, helpful and had a sense of humour. The food was good and no shortage of it. There were a couple of minor problems, beeping smoke alarm and only one pillow on bed but they were both rectified immediately. Thoroughly recommended.
