Location Location Location
Great location recommend to get room with ocean view great service and very clean hotel. Only negative was the beach was not the prettiest in Cartagena and unfortunately you have to deal with the vendors peddling there crafts.
This is not Hotel fault as the law in Colombia stipulates that all citizen have rights of passage.
A must stay hotel if you go to this city!!!

The hotel administrator takes your cash gives you the key and a cell number. Don't expect to get an answer if you call about an issue.
They promise to pick you up at the airport but plan on a cab. Cost is about $14 each way so use your debit card inside the airport area so you'll have cash on hand. Never use a regular credit card at any restaurant. I'm not sure why it takes forever to get an approval on credit cards and it's all taking place in some back room. Forget the packaged tours to the islands It's a rip-off. Your better off just buying your ticket at the port, hop a fast boat and eat at the many nicer places on the beach fronts. Everyone offers snorkel rigs but don't pay more than $10 bills to rent them.

I was mislead by the images displayed in Expedia and end up getting a regular room when I thought I was getting a penthouse. I was very upset but have no other choice and dint want to ruin my vacation and decided to stay.
