We booked a bungalow which was one row back from the sea. It was great to be so close to the sea, the pool and bar and restaurant. The fishermans village was easily walkable and had lots of bars and shops. Staff were great and the breakfast was really good.
Had a 2 week stay at this hotel and from the moment we arrived it was amazing. Staff are very friendly, attentive and professional. All the food in the hotel (and believe me we tried pretty much all of it) was brilliant. Short walk along the beach to Bophut Fishing village with more bars, restaurants and shops. Only negative was that the holiday ended too early. Would definitely go back.

From the first minute we arrived on the property our experience was fabulous. The staff was very courteous, professional, and completely committed to making every aspect of our stay wonderful. The landscaping is very tropical and lush, making for a pleasant stroll past the multiple beautiful sparkling blue pools in route to the breathtaking private beach. Our Villa Suite was stunning with a gorgeous private pool and pool area, spacious sleeping area, and huge separate garen bathing tub in the massive bathroom.

I spent a month at the Samui Palm Beach resort. It is a beautiful environment once you drive through the gates. A warm welcome from friendly staff, large air conditioned rooms that are cleaned to a shine daily. Excellent food with prices better or comparable to local restaurants. I enjoyed every moment. My special thanks to Shu and Paula who seemed to put of their way to make my stay special.
Stayed February 2015, it seemed to be their off peak time, we went with a group of friends and nearly had the place to ourselves. Gerry at reception was extremely helpful and accommodating and made our stay extremely pleasant. My husband had an ankle injury and they upgraded our single villa to a double close to the entry so he had less stairs to climb. We stayed in room 802 which was very large with a lovely outlook and large pool. Although our villa was clean and tidy the glass cooktop had a crack from end to end and kitchen cupboard door peeling, unsightly but easily repaired or replaced. Some villas had microwaves & toasters, ours did not. Our cooking implements consisted of 1 pot,1 frypan and a spatula, although they were not really needed as there were plenty of local restaurants . The cafe staff spoke very little english so some mornings our breakfast did not reflect what was ordered. We also had initial problems with the shower hot water, but overall it is a very pleasant place to stay within walking distance of Bophut, Fishermans Village and a lovely sandy beach.
A nice place to stay, rooms were nice with good air conditioning and kept clean. The staff spoke no English, yet were very hospitable in understanding and couldn't do enough for you. Only a short walk to the beach and shops right down the road. All in all a very nice hotel and would definitely stay again.
This upscale beach on the north shore of Ko Samui is three kilometres long and conveniently located near the pier for ferries to and from Ko Phangan. Visitors have their pick of 20 or so lodging choices, typically of the bungalow hut variety. A short drive from here is the Samui Monkey Centre, where trained monkeys fetch coconuts from palm trees, and Wat Phra Yai, home of the 12-metre Big Buddha statue.
