“The room had insects and bugs. The shower was just not working wekk, inspite of complaining,”

The front office staff were very nice, the b/f items can be better, the rooms were not cleaned properly, they has insects and bugs.

“Worse for wear”

The staff couldn't be nicer and offered great service including sub sandwiches in the afternoon. But the frame of the fold out couch was torn away so that the mattress was not supported at the bottom. The extra sheets for the couch - and then the rollaway that we called for instead - looked like they were 40 years old, yellowed and paper-thin. The entire place just seemed worn out and in need of paint, new carpeting and furniture. I was surprised that Marriott was not embarrassed to have its name associated with this hotel. It definitely lowered the brand identity.
