“Great value motel!! Clean, quiet and the staff are friendly and helpful.”

I was well pleased with the motel. The room was clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast was a extra bonus. I would recommend this motel to my relatives and friends.

“Affordable Accomodations”

We went for a college visit and needed an affordable accomodation. The staff were friendly and informative.

“Get what you pay for”

The hotel staff were very friendly, but maybe a third of the time there was no one at the front desk. The hotel was a little dingy, but clean from what I could tell and the room had all of the usual amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee). Some minor complaints are that there was no fitted sheet on the bed, just another flat sheet; the complimentary breakfast was pretty sad (cereal, bagels, muffins, waffles); and again that the front desk staff sometimes went missing. But I'd certainly go there again if on a budget.

“Great for the price”

We didn't spend a lot of time at this hotel, just slept and left again. But everything was fine, especially for the price. Towels could have been better, but no big deal.

“Terrible Service and Incredibly Disorganized!”

When we first arrived, the AC in our room was shrieking and we were moved. This hotel was what I call a "tiptoe" hotel. We had to be careful to not touch too much or even take off our shoes when walking across the floor. It smelled terribly of smoke and it just didn't "feel" clean. Still, we figured that we had gotten what we paid for. The next day, our room key wouldn't work. A housekeeper let us back in. Minutes later, our room phone rang and the front desk lady said "Who’s this? That room is supposed to be empty." We explained that we had been moved the night before and she grumbled about another employee. The next day, I was changing in my room when a housekeeper started to walk in. A few minutes later our phone rang again.“That room is supposed to be empty”. I explained the situation again and she said we weren’t even in the hotel registry. Later, I left my room and came back only to discover that my key wouldn’t work AGAIN. When I informed the front desk she said, “I know. I shut it off ”. I asked her why she did that, considering checkout wasn’t until later. She replied that she did it because we weren’t supposed to be in the room. Of course, I was frustrated. The lady went BESERK and started to shout that she “usually worked nights and they made her work days” and that “none of this was her fault.” She continued with her tirade and then “escorted” me to my room to get my bags. Needless to say, we will NEVER visit that hotel again and we advise the same to others.

“basic convenient motel”

motel worked out good for us. we needed a good clean room close to airport. this motel fit our needs. wish they had a computer with printer for our personal use. it would have been nice to be able to check on our flight and print boarding passes.

“For the price, the super 8 was good”

They need to check on conditions in the room like toilet seat being loose and do a better job of cleaning the carpets. Over all when you consider the price and location it is a good buy.

Room reeked of smoke even though I requested a non-smoking room

Rooms are small, furniture mismatched, great staff, poor ownership.
