“We were extremely impressed with the hotel and its staff”

If we are ever in Indiana again we would certainly stay at the Hampton. There was absolutly nothing to complain about. The room was wonderful, the breakfest was great and the staff could not have been more helpful. *****

“Great Hotel!”

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast. We were traveling as a large family (2 adults, 2 teens, 1 toddler, 1 dog, and 1 cat) and the room was very comfortable for all of us. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

“Very satisfied”

Nice place to stay. Room was clean, bed comfortable, and staff was friendly. Nice breakfast. About 5-10 minute drive to IU campus, and very close to the stadium. When we were there, July 2011, there was construction going on just north of the hotel, which caused a bit of traffic backup during certain times of the day and made it difficult to get out of the parking lot, but I assume once that's finished everything will be fine.

“Favorite place to stay”

Best price in town, good location, fast food close by. Shuttle to Indy airport only $15. Quiet rooms, clean, good breakfast. We have stayed at this Hampton Inn for the past 10 years or so when visiting family in Bloomington.

“Surroundings only flaw”

The hotel itself is perfect - the service, quality, and cleanliness left nothing to be desired. The location itself is rather inconvenient. The location is on a one way street that is the opposite direction of traffic coming in to town. You have to go away from the hotel for a while until you can turn and get on the road the hotel itself is on. Also, the area surrounding the hotel itself is a little rough and run-down. If you don't mind the surroundings and an inconvenient entrance, the hotel is excellent.

“Great place to stay”

This Hampton Inn is conveniently located to Indiana University. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The continental breakfast was abundant and satisfying.

“Noisy Heater”

Everything about the hotel and room looked as expected and were perfectly fine. The only issue we had was that the heating/AC unit fan had a problem and made a tremendously loud noise. We spoke to the desk and they were to have it fixed while we were at dinner. When we returned, the problem did not seem improved, but the desk ensured us that maintenance had fixed the problem. The result was that, throughout the night, each time the heater kicked on, an incredible racket was generated that woke us up several times. The problem is probably isolated to that room, but it gave us a bad impression of the care of this hotel and the value that the hotel put on customer service.

“fallen in love with hampton inns!”

This was my first ever stay at a Hampton Inn. Everything met and exceeded my expectations. Our first night there they had complimentary pizza! Perfect for the travelor that's been on the road all day and starving. I also enjoyed the cookies everyday!

“A Lovely Experience”

The hotel was very nice. They continental breakfast was very good. I was a bit disappointed that there were few restaurants in the area to go for dinner. All in all the hotel, the employees and the comfort of the room was very good. I would utilize and recommend this hotel in the future.
