Comfortable hotel overlooking beach

Pros: It was quiet, on a Thursday night, at least.
Cons: As above.
I was travelling with two friends, but had a room on my own. Helpful check in, in fact great service from all staff we came into contact with. It was a Thursday night, but guests weren't rowdy, so I got a good night's sleep. Only things I would change: 1. We were staying for a fitness convention with an 8am start, but breakfast started 7am, way too late to digest before a day of mad leaping around. They'd had a lot of negative feedback about that, and did helpfully let the hungry Lycra-clad hoard into the restaurant before 7am! It would be nice if the hotel stayed up to date with what's going on in Blackpool, so breakfast could start earlier in such circumstances. 2. I really dislike UHT milk in room for tea. I know just about every hotel on the planet does this, but I still prefer the real deal.

Nice hotel not so nice room

Booked through Expedia and booked twin room with breakfast for one night! Room really wasn't anything to write home about! 2 very small single beds and desperately needed updating!! Breakfast was very good apart from tea was poured by staff from flask type jugs instead of being given a pit of tea on table! For a 4* hotel I have never known this!!

This was quite possibly one of the worst rooms that I have stayed in for a while. The bathroom was unusuable as it was all stained and the windows were leaking so much that things that we had left on it were ruined. For the brand of the Hilton this hotel is a disgrace.

i was doing the blackpool half marathon. great location cause the start was right outside the hotel. the hotel was great, breakfast was lovely and so were the staff

The rooms were small, very much like the competitors at the cheaper end of the market. Very overpriced.

Pros: Saunas, staff were very nice
Cons: Give the rooms new furniture and paint the walls. TV reception was very poor.
Location: Location was good. Nice on the sea views and away from noise of town centre. About 20 mins walk to winter gardens.
Got a good deal. Room was ok nothin special. We had a sea view which would have been nice but the weather wasn't great and the Windows were literally rattling! The furniture in the room was quite dated and the walls could have done with a bit of a paint but nothing terrible. Good choice for breakfast but I wasn't too impressed with the cooked food as most of mine was just warm. Staff were very polite and accommodating. Gym, pool and saunas small but good.

Great hotel, no issues, but rang to reserve some rooms close together and ended up speaking to reservations in the USA! Got cut off twice, then abandoned it all. Rubbish telephone customer services, but hotel staff were fab

Cons: Bathroom needs heated towel I rail beds could be bigger
Stayed here many times enjoy it there very much bathroom cold in winter though needs heated towel rail ! No biscuits in rooms anymore !! Staff in restaurant need prompting at times overall good service

Pros: High standards in every aspect.
Cons: Hard to think of anything.
Location: Excellent position on promenade, convenient for buses and trams, short distance from all seaside attractions.
Our "Twixmas Break" was excellent. Even the weather was kind to us. We have been many times to the Hilton, individually and with parties. Not once have we been disappointed with the room, cleanliness, food or any other aspect of our stay. However, this time exceeded all our previous visits especially the food (which is always good but was even better this time) and the restaurant staff (nothing too much trouble, quick table clearing). From arrival to departure we were pleased with everything.

Location: Near beach & town centre.
We stayed at hotel over Christmas, generally ambience very good. Most staff very helpful. The room however was very poor: 1. Very small, the desk was at the end of the bed...if anyone sat at desk no one could pass. 2. Very hot....reported...window had been screwed shut & thermostat did not function. 3. WC did not flush properly. 4. TV programmes very limited choice.
