We booked a double room king and they tried to put me in a single king room and then i stead of accomadating accordingly they put me in a double queen which is a single room. The whole third floor smelt like dog pee as well as the elevator. If there was an issue with the booking there shouldve been a call not an assumption.

When we got to the hotel, which was in the late evening, we had to wait quite a bit (10-15 minutes) for a receptionist to come out. There was no bell or no way to let anyone know that we were there. The halls smelled of cigarette smoke, even though the rooms were supposed to be non-smoking. When we got into our room our sink would not drain and my husband had to literally get underneath the counter and push up the drain stop in order for the water to drain. The toilet seat had to be tightened. There were cords showing and extension cords along the floor. Once getting into bed, the sheets were so scratchy they felt like sandpaper. After staying there a night we tried to go and talk about getting a refund for the next two nights because we were not comfortable staying there another night. They said that since we booked through a third party, they could not reimburse us. I even called expedia and they tried to talk to them and the hotel would not budge. We paid for two nights without even staying there. This was the unfortunate part because I was not looking to get fully reimbursed, I just wanted the reimbursement for the two nights we did not stay there. All of these concerns were out of our hands. The experience was a 0 out of 10, do not recommend.

An odd and old place, but we like it. It’s our second time staying. It’s old and dated with some odd decor, but the room was clean and its conveniently off the freeway without it being right on the freeway. Check in was a breeze and professional. Breakfast is a little above average.

We picked this hotel to go swimming, but the water did not look clean. so we didn't go in. Also, the smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night and we had a real hard time going back to sleep.

Good breakfast. Comfy & clean. Table & chairs in room. Basic amenities: hair dryer, iron, microwave and fridge. Stayed previous night in a similarly priced dump. This was much, much nicer. Only complaint: not much for a blanket. Luckily the heating unit kept the room warm. But if you like a heavy cover, bring your own.

Cheap hotel and you can tell
The bed was not too bad. The heater was backwards it seems like. I walked into the room and the heat was set to 68° and it was stifling. I set it lower with no help, still hot. So I set it to AC and 72° and that fixed the problem. It's January and I had to set it to AC for decent temperature. Breakfast was not good. Eggs were cold and rubbery. Treadmill did not work in the fitness room.

The bed was comfy, the room was clean, nice breakfast area for the morning, small arcade, swimming pool with slide for kids and a hot tub. Bar that stayed open till 11. I would recommend this place if you were checking in early or staying a few days would be a great place to relax. Staff were very friendly.

Traveling thru in semi with husband and there was plenty parking for big truck. Price was reasonable. Some hot breakfast options. Arcade and pool for kids if have them and bar for adults.

Needs Updating and a good cleaning
Front desk gal was very friendly and helpful. The building on the other hand was gross. The carpets are disgusting. It smells like a nursey home. The walls are paper thin, so needless to say, we didnt sleep very much, which was terrible as we had appointments at 6am. The toilet ran off and on most of the time.

The entire property was dirty. The smell in the hall was very strong like incense wondering what they were trying to cover up. The garbage out side was full when we arrived and overflowing when we left.
